Stampin' Up! has been "rolling" out super new and fun products that make the wow factor for us so easy to create! Today's post is focusing on the Circle Card Thinlits Die…this is the perfect companion with your Big Shot to create a card that makes you smile!
Before we get to the card today…..I want to do a BIG shout out to Nancy from New York for winning her choice of paper from the Post on Sunday focusing on the new Envelope Punch Board! WOOT-WOOT and a BIG thank you for all of you that ordered this fun new tool….I love it and I am using it again on today's card! Thanks Nancy!!!
Now let's get to the card! Here is a quick video for you to watch showcasing this product! It has so many fun and clever "add on's" that you can create many different themes of cards! Many of our stamp sets wok perfectly with this as well!

I do not know about you…but I am always "in amazement" with all of the talent that is out there and how we can all step out of the comfort box and try a fun and functional card like this! My "big step" here for me was using the full size of paper of a regular A-2 card….5 1/2 X 8 1/2"
The stamp set for today was the Yippee-Skippee Stamp Set – always creates a smile with fun and fresh sentiments, and the fresh plaid is from the Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper!

TIP ALERT: you need to "slide in" the paper before you run it through your Big Shot as you do not want to cut off the folded in piece….you will see the line so no worries…..you will be able to see where to fold!
I like having the "extra to the right" to be able to write a message on the card! It's kind of a 2 for 1…a fun and functional card….and an extra folded piece to be able to write!
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions on this method! I have not played a ton with this new die much but I think it is super fun! The also make a Label Card Thinlits Die….I'll do a post on that one soon!
The inside flower and embellishment is from the Blossom Party Originals Die and Boho Blossoms Punch! Little touches like this add a fun bling!
The finale of the envelope was from using the steaming HOT Envelope Punch Board...it's just so fun to make an envelope in a fun color! This Crisp Cantaloupe lined with the Birthday Basics is just too fun!
The results of fun and interactive cards made with this framlits are endless. I suggest you take an afternoon and just simply "play around" – you'll have fun and trust me….you will play and play with this card – you just cannot help it!!!
Thanks for popping by and I don't know about you….when we have a holiday (I love it) but my week always seems confused….again….congrats to Nancy for winning the paper!!!! You'll love having more FREE paper to play with with your card projects! Just a way to "thank you" for being so supportive!
Until tomorrow!

Love it! I’ve been wanting to play with this grid paper (almost did yesterday) but haven’t found “the right” project yet. THIS is the right project. Love it!
great, happy card. I haven’t seen examples that I liked, until yours!
Love this card … sooo cute!!!
Ya’ know, when I see this plaid paper in the Birthday DSP, I always think of strawberries, canning, jam or something to do with a picnic. I was having a hard time thinking of how I would make a birthday card out of it. I just want to do the mason jar thing with the plaid and put some green leaves on it. =) I don’t know why I couldn’t picture anything else with it until your card today. I love everything about this card. Thank you so much for sharing.
I am beginning to love this die set and it is on my order list for this month, and thinking about a class to have using it. Been getting. Lot of good ideas from all the blogs I read:)
I had talked myself out of the thinlet flip dies because of a lack of a place to write a note (I always have to write something in cards I send). Now I can re-think the dies :). I would love for you to publish some details on making the card with the extra fold out for notes.
Another beautiful card! I just LOVE the flip dies, so many options to go with these.
Thank you for sharing! LOVE IT!
OMG….. I love it. Thanks for sharing
The Thinlits are so cool! Your card is cheerful and fun! I’m curious about the extra part of the card. I did see a tutorial showing the paper through the one end of the die. What I didn’t understand is how big the paper was. Of course, if I had the die, I guess I would understand how big it should be…
I love the colors! Pretty paper!
Hi Susan, First I’m so excited that I won the paper. I was away from my computer all day and didn’t get to post earlier. This is a great card. I love the colors and love the scalloped circle in the flip section. Love the little flowers with the dots too. Oh and the ENVELOPE!!! Again, Thanks a bunch! Off to play now. =)
Congrats to Nancy! Fun card! The colors are so fun and that envelope is waay too much fun! I think the extra paper on the right is a great idea if you want jot a quick note and sign your name etc. What is on the other side of the “Happy” or did I miss something or, does it say the “yippee skippee” thing?
Great card. I too had my doubts about the new “thinlits dies”, but after seeing your card, I am rethinking my wish list. Thank you for your inspiration. I also would be interested in the “dimensions” of the card, if you could do same.
Have a great day.
