Woot-woot….it’s the time of the year when a new catalog comes out and for you to take part in a Product Share! The catalog will not be available until September 1st, but I have already taken advantage of a pre-order and I have complied together a group of shares that I think you will like!
There are some “repeats from the past” as they are always “true blues” and you seem to love them….more specifically I am talking about share #3 (the DSP STACKS) and Share #4 (the CARDSTOCK in a RING).
If you follow my blog regularly and darn I hope you do…you know that I use the DSP Paper Stacks a bunch, page 174 in the catalog. These are in Product Share #3 and as I say…I am the first to realize that if you were to purchase each collection; Brights, Neutrals, Regals, Subtles and both In Color Collections that your piggy bank would be hit hard…this way you can see and play with all of them – get a feel if this is a product that you will use before purchasing a whole pack! You will get a 1/2 sheet of each….wowzers, you will have not reason not to have a coordinating paper!
The Share #4 , the Ring of our Cardstock….I honestly keep thinking that you will not want these again because I think that everyone already has one…but yep – I get emails often for them so I keep them at every share! I cannot say enough about both of these, this is why you see them AGAIN….they make a PERFECT gift for someone that loves Stampin’ Up! or for that hard to buy for person!
Now let’s get to the GOOD STUFF….the SHARES…the GOODIES….darn, I wish that I could share with you the whole catalog but I cannot until Sept. 1 so for now, sneak peeks will have to do! I can share with you the front of the catalog so if I were you ….I would put on your readers and play I spy!!!!

Share #1 – Swatch Books – $15.00 – We have (6) new DSP’s and these gems need no explanation…they are must haves…No more digging through your paper to see what would work for a project and having the coordinating colors and scoop on the back are KEY!!!
Share #2 – 1/2 sheets of the NEW DSP from the Holiday Catalog – $28.00…(plus some foils & sparkles and that will make you smile)
We have (6) new DSP’s with one being a 6″ X 6″ paper stack (Warmth and Cheer). You will get 1/2 sheets of all of the NEW papers and if the papers are a specialty one, you will receive a 1/4 sheet of that. For the paper stack, you will receive a full sheet (6″ X 6″) of each of the 12 fun offerings!
Because it is the Holidays…I decided to add some foil and sparkle to your Product Share Fun. I have had many requests for this as many of you just want a bit of the foils & glimmer paper…not a whole pack – trust me, I get it! 😆
- ***for the foil *** you will get 1/2 sheet of the following (3) Foil Papers: ***Copper (NEW HOLIDAY CATALOG), Gold and Silver (these 2 are in the ANNUAL CATALOG, page 175)
- ***for the sparkle*** you will get a 1/2 sheet of the following (6) Glimmer papers: ***Pumpkin Pie (NEW HOLIDAY CATALOG), Blushing Bride, Dazzling Diamonds, Gold, Red and Silver (these 5 are in the ANNUAL CATALOG, page 175)
Share #3 – 1/2 sheets of the DSP Paper Stacks in all 5 Color Collections – $28.00 (page 174 in the annual catalog) – $28.00 As I said before, I always offer this Share and you all seem to always LOVE this share!
Share #4 – Swatches of FUN! – $8.00 – I have made so many of these, I think my whole family knows all of the names by now! If you already have one…you know how useful it is!

Share #5 Ribbon – $16.00 – We sure do love when new ribbon rolls out and here are the offerings..For those of you that are new to my shares, this is how I package them. I get it….I like to have my products nice and nest without wrinkles. You will get 2 1/2 yards of each of the goodies you see below! 🙂
***I do want to point out that Stampin’ Up! does have many Bakers Twines in the new catalog, I decided not to put them in the shares because they are so affordable for you to purchase and also it has a higher risk of tangling so the moral of the story is…. you know how I feel about Bakers Twine, simple – YOU NEED IT.
Share #6 Embellishments – $14.00 – This is sooooooo fun to see the Embellishments, it’s like the ICING ON THE CAKE!!!!
Below you will see what I am offering and hopefully you will get a good idea of these fun new kids on the block….***SNEAK PEEK of Mr. Moose 1 isn’t he adorable and the little bell is the ICING ON THE CAKE***
I want to chat about the box…this is a FABULOUS box and you can see how I “jazzed it up to show you” – there is an acetate sleeve that slides over the box which makes it PERFECT to add a strip of 3″ X 12″ paper to decorate it in a jif! Just think how wonderful it will be to have these for all year around (a gift card would be super sweet)
For those of you that have purchased my shares before, I think that you know the care and pride I take in putting together your products. If you have purchased from me before, please leave a comment and let me know what you like best of the shares….! ?

Oh happy day! Love your shares and always look forward to them! They are so affordable and well worth it. They arrive perfectly bundled and are wrapped with love. My favs are, well, all of them but I do get a special “giggle” when I see the embellishments. You are the best, Susan! Thank you!
Oh boy ! It`s Shares time ! I think this is the best way to go if you don`t need a whole pack of dsp or whatever .
And I love having that Cardstock Ring !!
I was just hoping yesterday that you would announce your shares soon. Love them!! I do appreciate that they are packed with TLC, so they come in perfect condition. Thanks for being awesome. 🙂
The SU card stock ring was perfect for me to organize my card stock. I found out that I was confusing a couple of the colors! I was also able to “weed out” the discontinued paper I still own.
You can count me in along with Mary Ann, Sonny and Tricia. I too LOVE your shares. I love having a taste of all the new DSP papers. I really feel the shares help me be a thrifty shopper. I know you put a lot of time and energy into doing this, but it is very much appreciated. Thanks Susan.
I agree with the other posters that getting the shares is a perfect idea. I love the card stock ring, which I go to all the time to determine the exact color I’m using. Thanks so much for doing this for us. Have a great day, Susan.
Love the product shares! Thank you Susan for all of your hard work and how nicely you package evrything. I just sent you an email with my choices. 🙂
Now, one would think crazy Chris R. from Iowa would not have a story to tell about shares but wrongo – I do! Before that, I don’t really like “crazy” and on my walk with Teddy I thought of other names and as I unlocked the door – it came to me “crafty” Chris. Anyway, back to the shares. I finally have the swatch ring. Guess who was spotted at Walmart trying to match candy to the swatch ring? No not Ted but yours truly. One of the managers came over and asked what I was doing and if I needed any help. I bet it did look funny as I was looking at the Tic Tacs at the checkout counter. At least I picked one that was not open, the check out counter that is. I wanted to make a holder that matched or went with the candy. You use the little mason jar cutout on it and it is so cute. I didn’t just want the white ones. I went through the greens. They have a new flavor with mango and something else but that just looked too fall-themed and this was a fun birthday treat. By now I have a little group clustered around me trying to figure out what to do. Of course the newer people who joined my entourage didn’t know what I was making and would pick out other shapes and candy bars that was their favorites. So, here is one of the men telling the women that no it has to be this candy for it to fit in the holder! I kept getting interrupted having to explain the whole situation or what the swatch ring was. The manager who was telling the women that it had to be that brand came back up to me with a cherry red new flavor and a grape one from another counter. So some preferred one color over the other. So, he cracks both little boxes open for us to taste test! Now, we have about 15 people trying to help me out. I am just wanting to go as I am getting hot and having to explain and re-explain. So, since the manager liked the grape color candy with the eggplant envy color I decided to go with that. The woman I was making it for wouldn’t eat them anyway but give the candy to her granddaughter and keep the empty candy holder in the holder. Then, I thought what the heck lets get the cherry one and the lemonade mango or peach flavored ones too in case I want to make more. What should have taken 5 minutes max – turned out to be an hour almost! I had the other flavors at home and Mike swooped them up and so I haven’t made one for the manager who was my assistant. I have to go back to Walmart today to get a bigger bag of dog chewies so maybe I will get some more tic tacs so I can make another holder.
Anyway, all thought the cardstock swatch ring was so much fun and none of these people even make cards or scrapbook! Just imagine the fun I would have with the DSP swatch books for the holidays in the candy aisles!
Oh, and do we need to give Mr. Moose a first name or if it is a girl – she could be Ima Moose! Anyway, off to Walmart and I am treating myself to some Arby’s brewed iced tea though I don’t need the caffeine! Shares and swatches, who knew they could be so entertaining?
Chris R…..you crack me up! What a great story! And I love Ima Moose!
Chris, you need your own blog; you are absolutely hilarious!! I always love coming back to read all the comments but Caleb always knows when I’m reading yours because I start laughing out loud (and then, of course, I have to start reading it out loud all over again so that he can get in on the joke). It’s never a dull moment in your life. 🙂
I probably wouldn’t think of a thing to write about! My cards and projects are just so-so – nobody would tune in to see them. My tic tac story has been on hold a few weeks just waiting for the right moment. The original holder was on Donna Kish’s 7-18 post. I hang out there a lot too. Of course it would be helpful to have a camera so I can capture some of these projects as well as Ted. Speaking of Ted, Ted is slowly getting over that his BFF and his family are gone to Buffalo NY. Chris and Mandy wanted to see if the dogs could Skype! Oh Lord! I seem to be apologizing to Susan a lot for taking over her column too.
Oh my gosh! I love what I’m seeing here. This past annual catalog is the first time I did a product share and I LOVE it. I got the ribbons and embellishments and it is perfect to get just a little bit of it all to try out.
