It doesn't get any easier than this! For a quick and simple card that has a big impact, you simply cannot go wrong!
Crumb Cake is my all time go-to card stock! I love it that we have matching envelopes as well! Always color coordinates and looks rich and classic!
- Crumb Cake A-2 Card base
- Very Vanilla cut into 4 X 5 1/4 then run the Mr. Big Shot with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder….love it!
- Stamping the images from the Thoughts and Prayers Stamp Set in Crumb Cake…then using the Ovals Collection Framelits to cut them out!
- Using the paper piercing tool I punched around the Crumb Cake for some depth – and popped it with Stampin' Dimensionals!
- Lined the card with a super pretty and subtle paper from the must have Print Poetry Paper Pack!
That's it! Now is that easy-peasy or what! It is always good to have several of these types of cards on hand…they come in handy! I just love the clean, crispness of the entire card!
Sometimes just picking 2 colors to focus on creates just as much (sometimes even more) of a wow! Have fun experimenting!
I hope that this quick and simple card inspires you to "try less" – we all love paper crafting but face it – there are simply times that we do not have the time to put into making fru-fru cards….I personally like the clean look!
