Welcome to the June Pals Blog Hop. This month we are excited to show off new Stampin' Up! products from the just released 2014-15 annual catalog and idea book. We hope you find great inspiration from the projects. Get your wish list ready!
You may just be starting the blog hop or may have come from the 1st stop – Natalie Bradley at Natalie Bradley Events on the Pals Hop. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing creations.
Wow…where do I begin as there as so many great new products with this catalog and I am still looking through it finding more and more and my head has been spinning with ideas! To me – this new catalog lends itself to clean, simple, fresh and FUN projects!
I am just going to dive in and list the products that I have used for this card….(and I know it seems like a bunch…but when you look at it – they are "key" products that are staples in card making!) The other "KEY" factor that I adore about this catalog is the fact that there are several "single" stamps just like this camera and will not break the bank and you can have a bunch of fun with them!
I haven't used this color for a while, blushing bride, but I think it is super with the Sahara Sand! I am just rolling with the products (with a couple comments) – please know that you can click the thumbnails below and it will go right into your shopping cart! Easy…right!
- Snap Shot Stamp – WOWZERS – just $9.95
- Hip Notes Stamp Set - A keeper of a stamp set!
- Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder (WOWZERS – a must have)
- Memento Ink (my new favorite black ink…so easy to clean, especially on the clear stamps)
- Squares Framelits ( I used the #5 & #6 for the frame)
- Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack (Another MUST have…love it!)
- Big Shot (No-brainer…a must have for all projects)
- Stampin' Dimensionals ( we all need a dose of stampin' vitamins)
- White Gel Pen (another – would not be without….do NOT stand it upright)
- Stamp-a-ma-jig (Perfect placement everytime – I have a love affair with this tool)
This card just makes me smile – I think that the embossing folder is the 1st factor that makes me happy! Trust me – you will be seeing alot of this gem! I also lined the back flap with the textured solid paper! You see…there are times that plain and simple works!
Here is another thing I adore to do…gently push the centers of the flowers with the stylus tool and then add a simple punch from the Owl Punch for the centers! I always look at them and think they are getting "sunshine" with how the petals curl!
Do you remember when I said that I was thrilled that Stampin' Up! has come out with so many affordable single stamps that carry a big punch…look at page 167 and the Water Color Thank you….LOVE IT – I just made over 50+ of them that I blogged about last week….just adore these single stamps!
O.k….you have had enough with me today….you have got to go HOPPING as there is a TON of inspiration out there! I blog daily and if you want a dose of fun inspiration – please subscribe to my blog! I feel sooooo blessed to be a part of Mary Fish's Team and the PALS do have a ton of fun and they are an endless source of inspiration to me!
The next stop is #3 Jackie Diediker at Stampin' Jackie on the Pals Blog Hop! Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you next month.

So sweet! Love this adorable card!
I love the color combo and your adorable flowers!
I would like to see this done in all black and white. Retro style. Loving that embossing folder.
Stamp nice for photo groups.
Cute card. Love the color combo and the stitching with the gel pen.
I absolutely love this card. The colors are stunning together. Great idea.
Oh, cute! Love this color combo.
Love it! I’m addicted to those little flowers. Thanks for sharing!
Susan, I love everything you do but this is such a great idea. I like the way you did the “stitching”…really makes the one stamp stand out. Hmmm…now I’m thinking I NEED that stamp! 🙂
Love what you did with the camera! Very unique. Great job Susan.
Out of focus? I kept blinking – I swear I looked at the EF in the catalog and decided it was just like the previous ones. Even Mary Fish had commented about the large dots and I thought she has this, what am I missing? Then, I see your card today and they ARE huge! These are totally so much fun! Well, the whole card is fun but I really do love those huge dots or circles. I know I need new glasses but honestly! The colors are fun and fresh as your flowers look! Gotta go hop around!
I didn’t think I needed that stamp but maybe I do! You made it come alive for me – the stitching and flower embellishment are perfect touches to make the card OUTSTANDING! TFS! (call/email me – I’ll be in your area next week! Seriously.)
I think I love what you did with the envelope as much as I love the card!
Susan,
I adore the color combination. I had no interest in this stamp set until I saw this card…inspired by your designs once again. Hugs, Michelle
Once again Susan you don’t disappoint. This is my favorite use of this stamp to date!
Fun card! Now I’m sure I want that embossing folder. I can envision it used with it inked up so that the dots are a contrasting color.
Thanks for sharing!
Cyberhugs!
Love the soft colors – very sweet!
fantastic color combo & use of the new goodies.
paper hugs, m
