- You know I love blogging…so please help me get to know you…I feel like have have cyber friends from all over and if you are a demonstrator….please join the fun! Let me know a little about yourself (this will not be share with the person that receives your card, I just like to know how long you have been card making…what you passions are etc….)
- The swap is open to anyone…anywhere….I know that I have several "regulars" from outside of the US, so that's why I am giving you a nice time frame!

I’m in Susan!! Sounds like a fun challenge!! And, Jeanie, feel better soon so you can help Susan with this AWESOME idea!!
Sounds like fun! I will put it on my “to do” list! I bought international Forever stamps while we were in the U.S. so I could actually send a SASE with something like this the next time!
Jeanie, I hope you get well quickly! Sick is ick!
Cyberhugs to both of you!
I’m having a downline meeting tonight so I copied your information and will challenge my gals to join the fun and send in a card. I love getting your daily emails. You are a gem! Keep up the great work, Susan!
OK! I am on board! And I am sure that this is just the thing that Jeanie will perk up for. Perhaps a nice mug of apple cider and a couple of pumpkin shortbread cookies will do the trick.
Dear Susan, I would love to be a part of your great card swap. This sounds like fun.
I love the wonderful smells of Fall. The beautiful colors. This is my favorite time of the year. It is cool, but not so cold you need a heavy coat. I love to see the pumpkins, and scarecrows. I love to smell the fresh apples growing. Then go apple picking.
Jeannie, I hope you can be a great help to Susan with this great card swap. It sounds like a great giggle and girl friend time. Please be a sweetie and help Susan. I know you want to. Have some fresh applesauce and a glass of warm apple cider and be a sweetie and help Susan. Thank You both of you Your friend, Ellen Hinds
I am also putting this on my “to do” list. Sounds like so much fun. I love to receive cards from people. Hope Jeanie gets well soon so she can join you in the card swap fun. Blessings!
I love the card swap! Jeannie, I did it the last time and absolutely loved the card I received (subtle hint: it was yours!)….it was simply stunning so you need to have a glass of wine and get better soon to help Susan crank those puppies out! Sending you cyber tissues and get well wishes!
Feel better Jeanie!!! Turn that frown up-side-down!!!
Hi Susan!
I just started following your blog. I love the look of your cards and I think the swap is a FABULOUS idea! So count me in. I love the colors of fall. The way the leaves change and the rich golds, browns, reds, and greens. Although raking leaves is not so much fun now, I remember the fun of jumping in piles of leaves as a kid. I have to admit, I still love to “shuffle” through leaves now 🙂
Jeanie, whatever you’re going through, remember you’re not alone! You have awesome people thinking about you, so hang in there and feel better soon!
Of course you know I’ll be part of your swap, Susan. You and Jeanie did such a great job together last time that I can hardly wait to see the results this time.
My favorite things about fall are the colors, the rain returnimg and everything turning green again. I love all the apples and pumpkins at the farmer’s markets, and the cooler weather that allows for warm fleece jackets and my favorite sweater. I’m not sure which season is my favorite, but fall comes close.
Hi Susan, This sounds like so much fun and can hardly wait to get my card done and mailed to you:)
Susan, I wish you were my neighbor, what fun that would be.
I love fall because you can sit in the sun and not even
sweat. Watching the colors change every day is a real
miracle, and the smell of the campfires in in the evenings
is wonderful.
I’m definitely going to try to do this as I adore fall. It is my favorite season. We only get about 2 weeks of it in Southern Arizona and they aren’t 14 days in a row either. I suspect we’ve two of our fall days up already. Anyway, I struggle with fall cards, so I will enjoy what seeing what someone else comes up with. I have to say it is a tough decision though: fall OR Halloween. I love Halloween too!
Awwww Jeanie I hope you feel better soon …we need you to help Susan !
I love that Clip Art ! I am going to print it and put it on my fridge !!!…It covers almost everything except both o my daughters and granddaughter were born in the Fall (I am a November baby )and it is by far my fave ! Is there anything more beautiful than trees in their glorious Fall colors ?
Count me in for the swap ,my Pal !
Susan, how fun another card swap. I really enjoyed the last one you had and it was great to see all the talented artists out there. Jeanie, sorry to hear you are feeling poorly, hope you are better soon.
OMG, where did this day go? Yes, count me in Susan!!! Jeanie feel better quick… you have two weeks. Ha. Ha.
🙂
Sounds like fun – I’m it! And jeanie, you know you don’t want to miss it either. What do I love about fall?? The fact that I now can really enjoy it. For 30 years I’ve worked at a grain elevator and now since retiring, I do so love fall and all the color and smells and beautiful weather. Especially taking trips to NE Iowa where it is so beautiful.
I’ve never done a swap before, but it certainly sounds like fun. Hope Jeanie can join in the “fun.” It sounds like a lot of “work” but I will certainly appreciate everyone’s effort.
So excited to participate in this swap…Your enthusiasm is very contagious. I bet Jeannie will not be able to resist the fun in helping you with this..I know I couldn’t! Thanks for all your hard work.
I don’t know think the cider will do well in the mail, but I will be happy to send you my address for the shortbread cookies. LOL
I can assure you ,sick or not ,I’m in. Wouldn’t miss a card swap and chance to see everyone’s beautiful creations. I’ love to CASE. They say Laughter is the best medicine and “Susan stories” make me laugh!
Aww…thank you. Wine sounds good to me. Not what the doctor ordered but then again I’ve been following his advice for a week now and I’m still sick. Time to take matters into my own hands….Wine and card making ( not necessarily in that order).
Susan, I wish you were my neighbor, what fun that would be.
I love fall because you can sit in the sun and not even
sweat. Watching the colors change every day is a real
miracle, and the smell of the campfires in in the evenings
is wonderful.
Thanks for the get well wishes. Looking forward to the card swap. Of course I will be happy to help Susan. Wouldn’t miss the opportunity for fun, laughter, and creativity.
Yum – pumpkin shortbread cookies sound YUMMERS!
Yeah…we will have FUN…and wouldn’t be great to have all of these wonderful people too!
I remember that Mary Ann….we had a ball doing the swap!We might have a glass of wine (or 2) when we tackle the cards..and laughter….there always is laughter!
Love swaps so thank you for the chance to participate. I can only imagine opening all of the cards, it must be tons of fun to see the different styles of all the participants.
I hope your friend Jeanie feels much better real soon, thank her in advance for the help I know she will give you and thank you for investing your time and hard work for us.
I did the swap last time and it was fun…count me in again…loved seeing everyone’s card on your blog! Fall is our favorite time of the year here in the north woods of WI..have fun!!
OMG I almost missed this post and I would be so upset to miss the swap! I had such a good time checking out all the cards last time and cherish the one I received! Susan, you have to show us each card – that is a requirement!
Now for you Ms. Jeanie – hike up your big girl panties or Depends if necessary and get better. Susan didn’t specify the illness but Depends would be good for diarrhea or something similar like the flu. Or, wear a clean pair as a hat and take a picture – someone just said laughter is the best medicine! Otherwise, take the advice of the clip art and put a favorite sweater on if you are cold, wrap up in a blanket, put on some cozy socks or maybe just a favorite flannel nightie (you might have to turn the A/C on super high). Drink a nice warm drink and watch a new tv show or watch the leaves turn colors. WE NEED you better to help Susan with this swap! Heck, we just need you better period, being sick or just off kilter is just no fun.
Hugs to both of you!
Oh yes, Susan, I will definitely be doing this. Hopefully today! And Jeanie, you don’t have to do it exactly today, but get better so you can please, please help Susan. She won’t have as much fun without you (or as much work) and we know she would be sad on both counts. Can’t wait to see the cards!
I have never done a card swap…sounds like fun. I am a novice though, so don’t expect too much! Hope that is ok.
I’ve been following your blog for some time now and really love the simple designs and cards you create;-) We live in the Napa Valley in N. CA. “They” say that CA doesn’t have a fall, but we DO have a few varieties of trees that turn color – especially the oak trees. But the valley is covered with all different varieties of wine vineyards and each variety turns a different color after harvest and turns the valley into a beautiful sight! I’ve only done swaps for Convention, but this one sounds super fun and easy. I’ve already seen Jeannie’s response that she is in, but I’m sending good thoughts that she will be feeling better very fast;-)
