Today's post is a fun post for me as a mystery has been put to rest and I am happy! I felt so bad that a card did not make it to my little mailbox in time for the card swap and Wednesday John came home and said – the mystery is solved!!!
Liz's card made it and the poor dear did mail it on October 9th and I just recevied it on the 22nd….that is CRAZY!!! So let's all give Liz a bunch of woot-woot's as I get the chance to showcase not only her swap card…but I am going to share with you a super sweet card that she sent to me as well!
Here is her swap card and I just love this wreath set….it is a "keeper" set and I adored how she heat embossed the sentiment…..so clean and crisp!
Here is the sweet card that Liz sent to me and you betcha that there will be a CASE on this gem! I think that I am going to use it for a Breast Cancer Card….it sure is cheery and fresh!
I must say….when John came into the house and shared with me this envelope…..I was so happy! Do you remember looking for a pacifier when your children were little? Only one of our children used a pacifier but when we could not find one….we would look in the car…the sofa's etc….
Well…that has been me looking for this envelope. I thought perhaps I lost it but I was thankful that it arrived. I am sure that all of you will be inspired by these 2 great cards….they are right up my alley and the best thing is….I get to keep them and Liz will get something from ME!!!
Woot-woot for the mystery being solved….we still love our mailman's as they deliver our precious cards!!! Enjoy the day and until tomorrow!

Love both those stamp sets and how Liz used them. So glad her card finally arrived.
Two beautiful cards! I love the field of flowers!
Cyberhugs!
Beautiful colors and love the simplicity of both cards!
Very nice Liz!
🙂
Love the cards. Glad the mystery is solved. Do you think Liz used markers to color the wreath? Must have to work fast if so. Think I will definitely need to order that set.
Oh, I’m so happy Liz’s card finally made it to it’s destination. Sometimes cards get lost or delivered to the wrong address, and sometimes the neighbors are nice and bring the mail to my box, I’m just happy that we still have USPS, without it, how could we share our love for handmade cards??!!!
Liz’s cards are lovely, both of them have really warm and beautiful colors and design. They were totally worth the wait.
Thank you for sharing them Susan.
Simply lovely. I really like the fall colors used on the wreath.
Beautiful cards Liz! Love the colors and details! Yes, thank goodness for the USPS and I love my mailman (he’s my husband…hehe)!
Wow. I’m floored. 🙂 I came to this site as I do every morning and was stunned to see that the whole post was about my cards! Susan, it was so sweet of you to do this. You are such a special, caring person and I hope, like Bridget did, to get to meet you one day.
Thanks also for all of the kind comments on my cards. I CASEd the field of flowers idea from Connie Babbert http://inkspiredtreasures.com/cards/too-kind/ although, as you can see, I changed it up a bit.
Dorothy – yes, I used markers for the wreath and then huffed on the stamp a lot.
It’s a shame that the cards can’t talk to let us know where they’ve been travelling!
Yay! And, worth the wait I might say! Gorgeous cards my Dear!
Thanks for sharing with us!
Love both of your cards Liz! Great colors and clean design are what I love to see in cards. That is why I love your site too Susan. You both have a great style. Thanks for sharing!
I love that wreath set and look what Liz did with it and beautiful Fall colors ! Both cards are treats you would love to have show up in your mailbox (late or not ) Yay the mystery is solved !!
WOW! Two beautiful cards and I am sure I will CASE both! I love the colors Liz used on her wreath card. The dark background makes is stand out and the heat emobssed sentiment looks gorgeous! Thanks for sharing!
These were definitely worth the wait! Both are so cool! I love the little envelope all dolled up! Thanks for sharing them with us Susan, they were definitely pretty and we want to CASE them!
Dear Susan and Liz, thank you for allowing us to see these two beautiful cards. They are so sweet and I love the fall colos. I just received my wreath stamp set and the framlets and you know that I will be casing your card I love both of these cards they are so woryh the wait. Thank you Susan for sharing these great cards. I am so glad the mystery is solved. Happy Stamping to you both, Hugs, Ellen Hinds
Thanks so much all. I cannot express how much all the comments mean to me 🙂
Chris – to give credit where credit is due, I started dolling up my envelopes ever since I started reading Susan’s site. I took part in her last share and got the background DSPs. I’m hooked. I will never make another card without a liner. 🙂
And I believe that I’m the winner here – not only did I get a whole post about my cards, I’m getting something from Susan. Does life really get much better? 🙂
I cannot really get over how true the whole Stampin’ Up! philosophy is – it really is all about relationships. And that is pretty special.
Great cards, Liz! And how amazingly nice of you Susan, to feature them as a post 🙂
