I love seeing the daffodils, tulips and the trees bloom and the grass getting green again. Having more sunshine and the days getting longer each day are an encouragement to me as well. Thanks for the chance to win your great blog candy. I appreciate you!
I love seeing new life, baby lambs, chicks, ducks, calves, along with the new flowers and trees budding knowing that life continues on and soon the days will be warmer and longer.
Hi Susan, I love to see the garden centers filled with spring flowers for planting. In my area it is usually pansies and I LOVE pansies. However, I will have to wait for the snow to pass today before planting them. Enjoy your visit with Hannah and the warmer South.
my favorite things about SPRING no more winter clothing, the sounds and smell of rainfall, and folks getting outside and chatter with my neighbors
I love the fresh spring color MUCH better than the gloomy gray. 🙂
I love the “smell” of spring … fresh dirt, green grass springing from the long winter blanket of snow, every color imaginable blossoming from the neutral color of winter, bring me spring!!
I love everything about Spring…the fresh smells, the flowers, being able to go on long walks or bike rides. Your card is absolutely stunning, Susan! I want the Build A Boquet stamp set so bad because of the two sayings but can’t justify the cost since I don’t know whether or not I’d use the other stamps. Have a wonderful time with Hannah. Glad your ankle is doing well enough to run around!
Flowering trees, tulips, daffodils and crocus popping their heads out of the earth, grass finally turning shamrock green and finally being able to wash the snow, salt and gravel out of the garage are just a few of my favorite things!
Easter approaching, more daylight, getting outside in the fresh air and turning off the furnace!!
Warm air, blooming flowers, Easter. Love your card! Love the stamp sets.
WOW!! Susan, awesome blog candy, thank you for the chance to win. My favorite part of Spring is to, once again, see my bulbs and roses and hydrangeas blooming after weeks and weeks of being covered in tons of snow and ice. I also love to see the grass waking up, warmer temps and longer day light.
Happy Spring to all of you!!!
Aside from the warm weather and all the beautiful colors all around, I love that spring means the end of the school year is near and that I’ll soon have time to stamp!
living in Florida I get to see green and flowers all the time. So for me it is always nice knowing our influx of birds that come for winter are heading home to chirp in your yard. When our winter is gone things quiet down!
It is the fresh air and open windows that make Spring welcome – although here in Maryland I woke up to it snowing today and expecting a few inches. I hope the Spring warm weather sticks around after the snow is gone. Thanks for your blog-love it!
I really like your card! The colors go together so nicely and I love that new flower stamp and punch.
What I like best about spring is seeing the daffodils and tulips blooming. Here in France, the additional light is really nice, too. The light is much more significantly different during the winter here than it is where we live in NC.
Have a safe and fun trip!
Cyberhugs!
My favorite part of spring is seeing the grass turn such a brilliant shade of green, even though it also means lots of mowing for me!!Daffodils peeking up thru the ground also!!
Love the card and the colors together scream Spring! Besides the fresh smells, chirping birds and cheerful flowers, I love Spring because my anniversary is in April (38 years) and my three children were born in April and May. My family is my joy and just thinking of them puts me in a happy place! Have a wonderful visit with your daughter, Susan!
My favorite part of Spring is the sunshine. We have had so much snow and bad weather I am so over it. Bring on the Sunshine.
I love seeing all the beautiful flowers bloom and the trees come alive with their pretty leaves and the flowers on the flowering trees. Your card is lovely.
Love your card and So Saffron is my all time favorite color….it really goes with every color…bold or pastels.
This time of year is so fun….I think I love walking through the home improvements stores and looking at all the colors of flowers….seems like anything goes…gerbera daisies are my fav this year and they come in so many beautiful colors.
Love seeing the many shades of new tender, green leaves on the trees and shrubs. Have a great time with Hannah and take care of that foot.
Spring signifies new beginnings. I love the bright and cheerful colors. Your card today is beautiful and makes me smile with happy thoughts.
Susan my favorites are the flowering trees. The Red Buds and the Bradford Pears are a riot of color here. I wish they could stay like that all year long!
My favorite thing is the flowers! I live in Charleston South Carolina, and when the azaleas bloom they are gorgeous! All shades of pink to some red, and lovely white ones too. All set against the greens of some huge pines. There are all sorts of flowering trees and shrubs! And lollies of all colors, and camellias (I’m not sure of the spelling) but oh the heavenly smells. Then the beautiful lavender to purple of wisteria claims the trees for a bit. The colors and scents of spring here are luscious. Even tho I have pollen issues, I love spring in Charleston.
My favorite things are much warmer weather and all the beautiful Tulips and Daffodils bloominmg.
My favorite thing is the comfortable temperatures outside – not coldish from the winter or blazing hot from the summer. Just right – for about a week. I also live in Florida. Thanks for the chance to win this blog candy. Enjoy your weekend with your daughter.
I love seeing people out of their houses and being happy just enjoying wearing less coats and mittens! Everyone seems like they are in a little happier mood. Thanks for asking, Susan, and for your blog candy contest. Have a great weekend!
…oh gee…Susan, there’s that desire to start a little garden for salad ingredients mixed with the need to wash windows! As I reflect on your question, I realize that spring seems to mean extra chores when all I want to do is be happy just to take in the sights & smells of spring!
Brave little crocuses blooming, daffodils breaking ground, the cats chasing each other up trees & the sun on my face (but not this morning, when it’s snowing!)
I love the feeling of a fresh new start and the energy it seems to give everyone!!!
I live in the south so we stay green year round but I do love when the azaleas and jacarandas bloom. They are so beautiful, I put the top down and drive all over town enjoying the color show.
I love seeing the progress of the trees and flowers as they begin to bloom. Each day they open up a little more.
My happy spring is the smell of wet dirt, after being watered. Indoor plants or outside grass. Love this card so much. The size, the colors and the tiny strip border.
🙂
My favorite thing about spring is Easter and what this season means to me as well as the beautiful weather and the rebirth and renewal of everything.
I love spring because there is so much to look forward to—spring is followed by summer then fall—all my favorites for different reasons! The tough stuff is behind us ( not today, as it is snowing!) and we are freer and easier! First Day of Spring— Best. Day. Ever.
My favorite thing is not having to wear a coat!
I love to watch new baby calves run and play in the warm sunshine. Nothing sweetre than new life on the farm!
I agree whole heartedly with your “brown to green” comment. For me it is specifically when the tulip leaves start to peak up through the ground. Then I know for sure spring is on the way.
My favorites of spring are that the temps are going up and all the beautiful flowers… And summer is around the corner!!
I love to see or hear the first robin to come back and the rest of the bird migration…..your card is so pretty!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
I live in Mesa, AZ so there is no mushy brown stuff BUT cold is cold and it does get down into the lower 30’s in the winter [too cold for me!] so I just love being able to sleep with the windows wide open; love that fresh air!
Spring is my favorite season…warm weather, sunshine. The world is coming alive with color in green grass, budding trees and flowers blooming!
My favorite part of Spring is the transformation from the brown colors to the vibrant new greens & reds of buds on trees & shrubs, the chirping of birds & gathering of materials to build a nest & getting ready to raise a family. The promise of warm weather & beautiful flowers. Beautiful time of the year! Thanks for a beautiful card & a chance at some wonderful blog candy! Happy Spring!!
My favorite thing is not having to wear by heavy brown winter jacket! My spring clothes are so much more colorful!
One of my favorite things in Spring are the Spring Peeper frogs. I love their chirp when going to sleep at night when you can finally open the windows!
My favorite thing about spring is watching, seemingly overnight, the buds pop out and everything is a special shade of green that is only found in the spring. We live on a lake in NYA, and spend the winters in Florida, so when we get back and start down the hill to our house, the peepers alongside the road sing and it’s magical. Thanks so much for a chance to win blog candy…fingers and toes are crossed!
My favorite is seeing the first tulips and daffodils spring up through the muddy ground, it signifies a New Beginning! Happy Spring
I love the sound of the birds in the backyard. They lift my spirit up. I also love to go walking in the neighborhood. Have a great spring.
My favorite thing about spring is the singing of the birds. I also love to be able to go walking in the neighborhood and visiting with neighbors that have been couped up all winter. Have a great spring.

Awesome card. Love these colors together!
I look forward to the warm weather as it helps with the pain of the osteoarthritis.
Thanks for sharing with us!
What I most like is the change in the air. So fresh! And looking carefully at the ground to see new tips of early spring flowers poking through.
For me seeing the sun shine , the birds sing and see flowers peaking up is a glorious sign spring is here.
This a great color combo you have chosen. Very pretty! My favorite part of Spring is the daffodils that suddenly emerge all over my yard. They offer such hope for warm, sunny days to come.
Hi Susan,
Spring brings so many different things, but they are all good!! The warm sunshine and air with all the flowers and trees, plus the birds singing their songs. What is there not to like about this season!
I think that the arrival of this season finds people happier and smiling more each day!!
Have a great visit with your daughter!
My favorite things about spring are longer days, the beautiful, spring green on the trees as they first leaf out, tulips and the goldfinches that visit our yard are beginning to turn yellow….a sure sign that spring is here! Thanks for the chance to win.
I live in California so we have green and flowers all year long. We live near a lake, so spring to me is seeing the baby ducks, dragonflies, butterflies and beautiful sun sets. And most important Easter is only a few weeks away. Happy happy Spring, enjoy your weekend.
Ahhh, spring. I simply enjoy being able to get outdoors!
I love to see all the flowers come out–pinks, yellows, green leaves, purples. In south Texas we have azaleas that bloom in lovely colors–and then just to include the Texas beauty–bluebonnets! Spring, pastels–even the yellow pollen–warmer weather, too!
My favorite thing about Spring is the new life that comes forth from the ground!
Love the flowers tat bloom in spring especially tulips.
Love your card today too. Bright and spring-like.
My favorite thing about spring is the little pops of color as the daffodils, tulips and crocus start to bloom. I am so tired of the brown and make any excuse to add color to the yard!
Hi Susan! I love your pretty Spring card! The colors are just delightful together, gonna have to remember your color combo and give that a try sometime. ; ) Like you, I love to see everything green up after the snow and dreary cold days of winter disappear. The flowering bulbs and robins pulling worms remind me that Spring is really here! I have 3 tiny crocus blooms so far!! Hope you have a wonderful weekend~
So much to love about Spring. I thought the same as you, everything going from brown to GREEN..and renewal of life all over including wildlife and we no longer need to bundle up…the freedom from our coats and boots….aaahh..and no more worries about driving on yucky roads.
The first song of the spring birds early in the morning…and the sight of the first robin
I appreciate the newness of Spring. I really enjoy being outside (in nice weather) and working in my yard. Also, the celebration of Easter and our resurrected Lord!!!
Sunshine, flowers, warmth, and that smell in the air!
To me spring is a chance for beginning anew, if Mother Nature can do it,so can we! My favorite is all the glorious colors, the bright blue sky,and all that lovely, warm sunshine!
I love not having to wear a coat!
Sunshine and daffodils. Our winters are gray, so it’s good to have sunshine and daffodils are my favorite flower.
Happy Spring, everyone. 🙂
Seeing the budding trees and flowers coming to life.
I love the pink apple blossoms, the tulips waking up from sleeping all winter and the frogs in the lake across from me singing away.
I just got baby chicks, so right now that’s pretty exciting. Also all the new blooms, birds singing in the morning, and the wild baby cottontails.
I like the longer hours of daylight, listening to the birds chirping and seeing the flowers and trees begin to bloom!
I love to be able to be outside when the weather starts getting warmer! The sunshine, the flowers, all of it.
I love spring!!! I love walking in the mornings and hearing all the birds singing. Today, the bluebirds were back! I also love hanging out my clothes and the fresh smell when I bring them in the house.
I love the vibrant green of new buds, birds chirping and early spring flowers breaking through the earth to greet us!
Love the bright and happy card Susan!
My favorite thing about spring is my lilac bushes coming into bloom. I have some early bloomers along my fence that give us wonderful privacy on our side deck and the scent always makes me smile.
Even though I am allergic to flowers – i love seeing them bloom in the spring. Tulips are.about the only flower I can be around without triggering my allergies and they come in amazing colors.
My favorite things are the “smell” of fresh air, the awakening of colors, taking walks or riding my bike.
I love the feel of the sun. I become alive during the summer. The flowers trees just make everything beautiful again.
I love watching the blah transition into the amazing colors of Spring and knowing it will soon be nice enough to not have to wear a coat all the time 🙂
My favorite part of spring is all the color especially the daffodils and tulips! Thanks for the chance to win.
I love the soft fuzzy green color everything turns right before it comes “alive”. My favorite thing to watch is seeing the crocus, daffodils and hyacinth come up as little bullets before the leaves and flowers open. New beginnings / another chance to make things right.
I lone the smell of the fresh earth re-awakening! I live in NH so Spring (especially this year) is often slow to arrive … but the new buds, the beautiful sound of the birds and most of all the evening sound of the spring peepers all make me pause and be grateful!
Warmer weather! The grass turns green, trees and flowers bud!
I love the warmer weather of sprig! It’s not cold or hot, just perfect! (most days!) I also love the flowers. I don’t have a green thumb, but I love looking at everyone else’s gardens.
I love the absolutely stunning beauty of the trees blossoming. It is amazing here right now.
Other than warmer weather, I like all the wild flowers that bloom when we have a wet winter.
Spring is such a joyous time for me. Maybe because of the beauty of nature God created and how things emerge from the ground full of color and vibrancy. It’s like everyone and everything has a “spring” in it’s step.
I love celebrating Easter! Remembering that Jesus died for all of us is a wonderful thing every day, not just Easter, but it is great to have special focus in the spring.
I love all the spring flowers and warmer weather – no more coats, gloves or hats.
I live in the mid-west and its cold for a good majority of the “spring.” I love it when we start to see the glitter of spring with a warm weekend and everyone seems to be outside. They all come out together, weather walking their dog, biking, or simply enjoying the warmer change in weather.
I love Spring it is my favorite kind of weather. I hate hate hate being cold and the south has had such a crazy winter this year I never felt like I would never be warm again, but the weather is finally improving and I am looking forward to bring out the spring/summer clothes with pinks, yellows and mint greens.
Seeing all the birds migrate back and watching them nest and raise their young.
