Good morning…good Saturday! I adore this stamp set and I think Stampin' Up! also thought so as it is available in all 3 mounts! Personally, I would say GO FOR THE Photopolymer! (plus it is on the weekly deals)
WHY??? – This is one that requires double stampin' and it is soooooo much easier being able to see through the stamps! I know that many of you are still skeptical of them…(and I was too) but once you be a turtle and stick your neck out….you will see what I mean…they are soooo easy!
As the saying goes…"try it – you'll like it" and I think we are going to see many more photopolymer stamps in the new catalog. You can see in the stamp images below that the "flowers" in this set are very versatile and just plain and simple FUN!
When this stamp set came out…I must admit – my heart sank as it made me miss my Mom – but I knew deep down it was a keeper…and I hope that you can see the fun in this stamp! It's funny that I just used the one little flower in the set and look at the impact it gives!
This is an A-2 card in whisper white vertical and I just love yellow, Black and white together and so saffron is one of my favorites…(I love the softness of it)
The stamp set, Another thank you, is a total MUST HAVE ….I wish that you would see mine as it looks like it has been through a battle…and we all know that we need a stellar "Thank You Stamp Set."..this is the one that got me though John's injury last year with thank you cards!
This is my kind of card and one that you could easily change the sentiment to a Thinking of you…a Happy Birthday…go with what makes you roll! This is a great and versatile layout!
When this stamp set came out I know it was special – WHY? I could see that you could easily use this stamp set as a "general" card…not necessary just as a Mothers Days Card,
I think that this flower is just wonderful! Isn't this a great color combo together? – it was a peanut butter and jelly card…that's a phrase that I like to use when it is just a super simple and fun card!
Our stampin' up! punches are the best! These helped me to bring an instant WOW! Sometimes you need to think about what can save you time and punches do this for me on todays card.
I did a "double wammie" with the pens – I used the white gel pen as well as the black pen! Little dots and dashes like this bring the "wow" fast…plus it is clean and simple all at the same time!
Just because this is a simple card it does not mean that it cannot be a WOW card! You know that I adore my envelope – just could lot resist! Not only did I stamp the front, I used the subtles DSP Paper Stack for the back flap…fast and easy yet very effective!
Please pop back tomorrow to see the stepped up version – please let me know you thoughts – I think I know you….you're going to LOVE it!
Remember that this stamp set that I showcased today is in the weekly deals and these weekly deals are only good until Monday night!

This card definitely gets a WOOT WOOT from me! Lovely!
LOVE it! I can’t wat to see what tomorrow’s post brings!
Lovely Spring card with a shower of pretty yellow daisies. The black stripe with the gel pen stitching looks like grosgrain ribbon, very clever Susan.
I can’t wait to see what you will do tomorrow, as of today, this card is fabulous.
Like Deb H. said, a definite WOOT WOOT! Love the colors and style…a perfect Spring card!
The yellow, black and white are so fresh looking ! I agree about SU having great punches . They are the best ! I am a punch “addicted ” gal and I have high hopes for some new ones coming in the new catty . I am looking forward to the Sunday card ….Fun!
I’m lovin’ your card today, Susan! I love the colors, the sweet flowers, and can’t imagine how you can step it up to make it any better. As you say, it’s so versitle. Way to go!
A very simple but classic card…. love your style! And, please share how you make those PERFECT dashes. Do you use a template or just freehand?
Super cute card! Love your color combo.
Love your card, Susan. The color combo is great and it’s just “cheerful”! I gotta say, I LOVE your weekend post idea of a card on Saturday and “steppin’ it up” on Sunday; pure genius!
I, too, was missing my mom when I saw this set come out. But, I love the cheerful colors you chose. Love that thanks script too! Of course the envelope is as special as the card! Maybe I can play with some ink and stamps and not chuck it all in the trash this weekend. Looking forward to tomorrow’s post.
Here comes a WOOT-WOOT right back to you! So glad you enjoy the card!
I hope you like it…
You knoe me, I adore my “dots & dashes”!!! Thanks for popping it!
This is a card that is soooo easy but carries a big statement plus it is super fun to make!
I am equally as excited to see the new goodies – and my whole body is twisted with hopes of bunches of new punches!
Awe…you are always so sweet! I am thrilled that you like it!
I just GO FOR IT!!! I do not use a template etc…I used to stress over being perfect with the dashes being the same length etc…and I decided that this was taking way too long and I was being too critical on myself.
The best advice I can give you is…just do it and do not stop and look at it while you are “dashing away” – it always seems to work out and trust me, no one will ever look at them and see that there are a difference etc….
It does create a super effect = Have fun!
Classic colors = a keeper card! Thanks for popping in!
I am soooo glad that you enjoy the weekend posts! I think that they are fun as well. We all know that there are times that we need something ZOOM fast but if you have a couple more minutes, you can step it up!
I totally agree about the font in the “thanks” – it is so beautiful and classic. Seriously, if you would see my stamp set it looks like it has been through a war. Being that it is a Photopolymer, it is stained to the max!
I wish I could go through your trashcan as I am sure you are being too hard on yourself…find some time and play!
