Good Friday…whew…this week has breezed by! I do hope that I do not get the "BIG CLICK OFF" as I do hope that you not only read this….but watch the short video and then I have a pictures of Eddie at his Birthday Celebration!
Why would you click me off? Well…I am showing you the July Paper Pumpkin Kit! The Orange box was in my mailbox when I came home from the barn and I just had to "peek inside" – after the "peek" – I thought, I could use some "me" time and I sat down and put it together and …..I LOVE IT!
Please watch this super short video to see how fun this kit it!
I did not do one thing different than was in the directions….it is that FUN! For those of you that are not familiar with Paper Pumpkin click here and you can go to the website that will give you all of the scoop.
The saying of "You've come a long way baby" should be Paper Pumpkins catch phrase as it really has come a long way. There are (2) perks of being part of Paper Pumpkin that I think are "key"
- It is super affordable and if you want to SKIP A MONTH….no worries, you simple email and suspend a month.
- Being part of the Paper Pumpkin allows you to purchase PAST KITS and/or REFILLS….to me this is fabulous as there are times that we have favorites….like the "Shaker Card"…..I took advantage of June's Refills as I loved that and if this one comes as a refill….you bet I will purchase more as this is adorable!
Here are some pictures of what I whipped up….I had fun, I felt fulfilled and I highly recommend that you at least give it try for a month or two….if you like it…..stay on….if it is not for you…cancel your membership, it is totally fine. I want you to be happy and I can say that I was happy with making up this kit!
You can simply click on the scrolling store…give it a try – you simply cannot go wrong.
I hope that you all think that this is a cute kit. Please consider giving the Paper Pumpkin program a try….you can try 1 month and truly, if it is not for you….cancel…it is that easy.
Each kit comes complete with everything…stamps, ink, all of the paper and envelopes, dimensionals….everything! These also are pefrect to make with a child….a great little quick and easy project!
John, James and I had fun watching the dogs…Eddie LOVES his new toy and the dogs all loved their "Frosty Paws" treats. I will work up a collage of pictures for you….it was a hoot!
If you have seen on the news a great story about a dog named Poe….well Eddie is our Poe – we realize that our time with him is limited but we give him the love and sheer FUN that he enjoys….each and everyday is a gift and it was fun to see the dogs have fun!
Enjoy the day, make some memories and go make someone smile today! Until tomorrow!

Love the July Paper Pumpkin Kit! Thanks so much for sharing pics of Eddie w/ us – What a dear, sweet boy. He must have the heart of child to love his toys so much. Enjoy your day and thanks for sharing!
So jelly you received your July kit already – it is usually one week from the email saying it’s on its’ way before I get it. Looks like one I will really enjoy – not sure about plants coming out of a coffee/tea cup – but I think once I see it irl, it will make sense. Enjoy your blog a lot!!
Happy bday to Eddie….he looks so dashing with his new toy! Animals give such love and joy. Your pp cards came out very nice….love the cup and the sentiments! Hugs and smiles!
I haven’t received my kits yet either: it looks like a fun kit though! Thanks for the adorable Eddie pics! Did you see Caleb’s post yesterday? I thought it would make you smile!! This is his commentary today: “The first picture he is saying ‘can we play fetch with my new toy?’ and in the second picture Eddie is saying, ‘I’m exhausted from my fun birthday party!’ but he loves his new toy so much he wants to sleep with it.” Can you tell how much he loves Eddie? Happy Friday everyone!
Happy birthday, Eddie! My mom loves me as much as your Mom loves you! Tell your Mom she makes beautiful cards! Angela http://www.lifewithawienerdog.com
Thank you for sharing PP with us and Eddie…well, he is adorable!!!!!!
Awww, Eddie is so cute. It is just amazing how our fur-babies’ personalities come out. Precious.
🙂
Love the cards, but love Eddie more. What a cutie! Great photo of him with his little face on his blue toy. Enjoy your day! Nancy B
I’m glad Eddie had a nice birthday!
That Paper Pumpkin stamp set is so cute! I hope they continue to be so wonderful! I’m looking forward to being able to subscribe to it in a few months. Your cards are loads of fun. I love the cup and all the choices!
Cyberhugs!
5 days!
I love the Paper Pumpkin cards….but I ADORE Eddie! Happy Birthday to Eddie!!!
I love your work, and follow your blog several times a week. Is there a way to “Pin” your card to share on Pinterest? I am not on Facebook or Twitter, and can’t follow your posts there. I have, in the past, tried to CASE some of your ideas, but can never remember when I saw them, to go back and retrieve them. Heal quickly(and well), and keep up the wonderful inspiration.
I loved the PP kit. Can’t wait for mine to arrive. I agree they have “come a long way”. They are terrific. But Eddie is more terrific. What a cutie pie. Thanks for sharing his pictures.
Thank you for the sneak peak on July’s Paper Pumpkin. Mine should arrive tomorrow and the sneak peak enhances my anticipation of working on it. 🙂
No video for me to look at which is ok – was it the SU one they do? But, I can see your photos and that was so fun for me to see the cards at least. I have been thinking of getting a stamp about latte but now I don’t have to. But, of course it would have been perfect for my boss but since they cut my hours drastically no fun things for her again! I think my kit comes today or tomorrow. So looking forward to seeing alternative ideas too though. That cup looks like “just my cup of tea!”
Tricia and Caleb has the perfect captions for Eddie’s photos! Such a sweetie! Mike and I’s first dog, Maggie wasn’t big with toys but balls – she would sleep with several of them. She could have cared less about taking a walk – throw me a ball please!
Teddy is doing so much better and off his antibiotics.
Love your fur baby! Our Skippy is one of the joys of our lives, too! Happy birthday, sweet pal!
The new PP kit looks great again this month. I al thinking of switching the paper behind the teacup… Think I would like a print better… And how about coloring the cup but using “watercolor words” as the sentiment behind it?
Can’t wait to get my kit… California is one of the longer destination points… Maybe today, or for sure, tomorrow.
Love your blog! Thanks for the inspiration and get better soon,
Patricia
Eddie is sooo adorable with his toys!

1st….YEAH for Teddy….I am so glad that he is doing better….the things we do for our fur babies.
Norman has Lyme’s…..he had to go on IV antibiotics….I say that we should look into pet insurance…
Our horses are insured…we should get these dogs covered….

GREAT IDEAS! Please try them and let me know how it works out! I did use Sahara Sand and the aqua painter on one and that looked great……just kept it very faint….looked great against the Early Espresso!

Hi Pam – Eddie would make you smile and laugh!
Eddie is just lovin’ all of this attention! I’ll give him a biscuit!
