I knew that you would have liked yesterday post and the winner is HJ. Woot-Woot to you and please email me with your address and I will send you your goodies! Thanks for all of the comments and YES – that kit would be a PERFECT for teachers and friends! They are super easy to make and it is a fun project to make with children….someone that it totally new to crafting….
Now hold on to your hats for this one…I am OVER THE MOON with today's post and this framelit!
It is called the Bakers Box Framelit but it also comes as a bundle which deserves an instant WOOT-WOOT as this means that you will save an automatic 15%. If you do purchase it as a bundle you will see in the picture below the stamp set that comes with it!
I know…I know….many of you are saying – this framelit is so expensive. Yep, I will not deny that it is an investment but are there certain things that are an investment? I can remember how many months I was trying to convince myself to purchase the Berry Basket BIGZ die and after I did…I was a happy stamper as it makes super cute projects…and I can honestly say in a second – no regrets!
I have not even begun to scratch the surface with this gem as you can see in the above picture that there are other framelits in there that you can cut a framelit shape on a side of the Bakers Box for a "window effect" How cute is that!
I have been trying to hold off on showcasing many "sneak peaks" as why do I want to torture you but to me now, the hour glass has turned and September 1st will be here before you know it!
The adorable dots came from the Homemade for You Stamp Set that is in the bundle and I used good old Versamark again. The BEST thing about this stamp and also the stripe one is that they fit PERFECTLY in the Bakers Box panels so no guess work what so ever.
Real Red Pom-Poms…..ADORABLE!!!! I was so happy when I saw them in the catalog and YES, they are included in my Holiday Catalog 2015 Product Share. The Stamp Set is another sneak peek called Among the Branches – a practical stamp set as it covers Halloween, Fall and Christmas!
Now what about THIS ONE….SUPER CUTE OR WHAT!?!? I have a confession…I needed to re-ink my Rich Razzleberry ink pad and when you do…I always let it sit for about 30 minutes to let the ink settle and get even. Well….I did not wait – I just went for it and you can see that the image is nor solid and crisp but I looked at it and thought – I LIKE IT….it looks spooky!
It's always fun making Lemonade when you least expect it!
The "Web" is another newbie that can be a Web or you can flip it over and have a beautiful White Snowflake! The Web is larger than what you see on the about box but I simply snipped off a couple of layers to make it fit for my needs. These Webs and also the silver Cording Trim are also on the Holiday Catalog 2015 Product Share
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE HOLIDAY PRODUCT SHARES WILL NOT BE BILLED TO YOU VIA PAY PAL UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1st – THAT IS THE DATE THAT THE CATALOG GOES LIVE!
BECAUSE OF STAMPIN' UPS! POLICY, I CANNOT PROCESS AND SHIP UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1st…BUT NO WORRIES, I'VE GOTCHA COVERED!
Pulling the silver together, I popped out a silver scalloped circle to mat behind the spooky sentiment and then I snipped several pieces of the new cording and tied in the black ribbon – FUN and FESTIVE!
Well my friends…I hope that you are doing the happy dance with these cute boxes and I am saving something great to the end…something that I think will make you happy! When you make these, it takes (2) 6X6 pieces of paper….WOOT-WOOT……our paper stacks are 6 X 6 – I have visions of some beautiful Bakers Boxes!
I hope that these brought a smile to your face. When I showed Hannah is was sooooo happy with them and said – "Can you make me some to take back to school, these would be great for my friends" They are fun to make…you certainly can add your personality and flair to them and fill them with many things!
Here is the Tuesday fun…the weekly deals – Please click here and see the offerings this week. Remember they are available today thru next Monday night….thank you Stampin' Up! for doing this!
Let's all have a great day and please feel free to email me if you have any questions! If you are not currently working with a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, please let me know if you would like me to mail you a Holiday Catalog, (For my current customers, yours should be arriving….get that cup of coffee ready!!!)

What is the difference in sizes between the kit box and the Baker’s box? Love both of them!
Congrats to HJ! These boxes are adorable…especially with the polka dots! I love the Rich Razzleberry circle…..it looks spooky! Ay first I thought you stamped off for the effect…who knew a semi-inked pad could create such an awesome look!
These are absolutely adorable!! I thought you had sponged the “spooky” for a spooky effect! I make boxes like this all the time for Caleb’s teachers and they always love them. As soon as I saw this Thinlit in the catalog it was my “must-have” because it’s a huge time-saver over having to cut and score everything by hand. Have a great day!
Congrats to HJ- it is always fun to win something – esp. when Susan makes it!
Today’s little boxes are even cuter than the kit. Can you believe the Halloween one is my favorite? The silver cording looks like little spider legs coming from under the knotted ribbon! That made me smile thinking it was a squashed spider! Who knew the ink pad would have made it look so spooky? Love it! I thought maybe you sponged it. What stamp set is the word spooky and eyes from-is it in the new catalog?
The Christmasy one is pretty cute too. Love how the versa dots and pompom treatment coordinates with the labels. Very cute. Who wouldn’t have bright spirits getting a treat in this box? What size do they end up being – 3×3 or 4×4 maybe, I forget and my catalog is downstairs. I saw them in the catalog but the price scared me off. I had not noticed the different openings for the boxes as that can be kind of cool.
Now you have my brain engaged and thinking “outside the box” in what to put in them! We ate at a barbecue restaurant Sunday and I should have swiped a few of their hand wipe packets. Wouldn’t that be so fun to decorate with a gingham DP and decorate for a barbecue or picnic and insert a little invite to the barbecue with the little wipes and maybe packets of salt and pepper, mustard, ketchup etc? What’s next the fry box to hold the plastic fork, spoon and napkins? Decorate with a little teacup and add teabags to the box? Chocolate was a given! Depending on the opening – you could put a little cupcake and decorate for a birthday probably. I know I would put a little ornament in a Christmas looking one. If you have kids – you could put reindeer food in one with the red pompoms addressed to Rudolph and put cookies in one for Santa. Does santa really drink milk or is he lactose intollerent and what about gluten free – boy, you gotta think about everything these days! Of course, one of my favorite ideas – dog treats for your favorite canine! Lastly, if you were a demo and you could give the hostess one with a stamp set in it, block, ink cube and 3×3 cardstock notes.
Anyway, yes you made me smile with these cuties!
Very cute decorations on your boxes. Love the use of the Versamark on the dots. Clever ideas!
These are too cute for words! Thank you for posting these cuties. I love them so much. The dies are definitely on my next order!
Susan, these are so cute. I love all the details on both of the cute gift bags?have a wonderful day my friend, Ellen Hinds
I love both of these boxes. I like your adaptation of the spider web. Did you save the fleur-de-lys for something else? I had wondered about how it would look without them (and I liked the project at convention with just the center of the spider web as a doily).
I do want this set. I can’t wait until it is November and I can finally join and start ordering some of these goodies (after Halloween, of course).
Cyberhugs!
Love the cute boxes. Wanted to give you a “shout Out” for all the wonderful talent you possess. And how freely you share it. I have learned so much from your posts and appreciate your gift of “self” in doing them. I was inspired by Lidia Fiedler’s blog today on “Art given freely” to remind you how much you are appreciated! Lidia blogs at “Understand Blue” at: http://understandblue.blogspot.com
Hi Susan – in a very strange coincidence – Brian King told me how awesome you are today and then so did a blog reader of mine – Susan Rasmussen. You ARE awesome. Hope you know that.
xo
They are the exact same size! I did take a picture of them back to back and I know I need to post it.
I think that you will be amazed at how big they are! I think that they are ADORABLE!
I hear you and I agree – for once….being impatient and rushing worked!
You are exactly right….true we can make these by scoring etc….but cranking Mr. Big Shot works for me!
I do realize that it is an investment but this is something that you will use forever!
I just love the way you think…you are ALWAYS on top of it! I should share with you my projects before I post them – your ideas are always so fun and clever!
Versa Mark to the rescue….works every time! Make sure you have a refill for it as once you start using it you will need to re-ink it! There is nothing more frustrating than not to have a re-inker when you need it!
You made me smile! It is a great product!
Dittos right back to YOU!
Yes I did but I do not know what I am going to do with it…any ideas?????
Awe…you are soooo darn sweet – I love what I do and I am always happy and proud to share with you all…I want you all to learn as much as you can! I can’t wait to check out Lidia’s blog…THANKS!
YOU made my day!
Brian is simply the best and we had a BLAST at the airport coming home from convention (you need to ask him what we were doing while we waited….we were laughing so hard I had tears rolling down my face and he was actually saying shhhh to me – can you image Brian shhhh someone!!!)
I LOVE stampin up and I love the amazing people and demonstrators I meet along the way!
