How can I sum it up but AMAZING! I feel so privileged to be an adult and be able to "go away" and have my engine recharged with being around such amazing and positive people! Brian and Pam totally outdid themselves with an amazing day!
I must say….I was a bit pooped from my plane, trains and automobile experience but I have to say, I cannot tell you how many times I just bust into a chuckle that I thought that I slept the whole way on the plane….just my luck but I still think it is super funny!
I have had so many highlights from yesterday and I soooooo wish that we all could be together to share this fun that we are having! There were a couple of "must haves" that I wanted to accomplish and I am happy to say I can cross them off!

The whole day was filled with fun, games, education, amazing display boards, tips, make -n-takes and more but leaving from the day…the best feeling was the laughter and reaffirmation that I have for doing what I do!

I sure enjoyed your story of getting to Atlanta but am sorry you had to go through that. Just have to figure, there is a reason it happened that way. Beautiful cards — all of them, but I am especially taken with the wreath one. I see others have asked how it was done and I would love to know as well. Worked on my Christmas card for your swap this weekend and have it ready to send. I am eager to see the other cards you show from yesterday and then we will have the card swap cards to enjoy too. I love that you do all this for us. God bless.

What an amazing weekend adventure you had! I love hearing all about it. The cards you featured here are so cool – each and every one is amazing in their own way! Can’t wait to hear more about the weekend! Can you imagine the conversation your two seat mates had with their significant others? Definitely a Silly Susan adventure! Love it! Off to Brian’s blog to see what he had to say about the weekend!
Thank you Susan, I’m honored. So happy to finally meet you yesterday at WCMD.
Oh, Susan, it sounds like you are.having an amazing time and so inspirational! The swaps are beautiful…such talent! Hopefully your flight home will be “boring.” Can’t wait to read tomorrow’s post.
Hi, Susan, I just saw that you posted my swap card from WCMD! Thank you!! I am very flattered!
To Deb H, who asked about the card, I used the block stamp from the “I Think You’re Great” stamp set and stamped blank paper using the “baby wipe” technique in shades of blue. Then I cut out the wreaths with the wreath die. The wreath is attached to layers of Smoky Slate and I used a stamp from “Chalk Lines” to add the border.
Love your blog!
