Welcome to the 1st day of the showcasing of the Holiday Swap Cards that many of you sent! There are some real keepers and I am sooo darn tootin' proud of each and everyone of you….YOU give me inspiration each day.
Please do not worry if you do not see your card today, I have many cards so I am spacing them out for your enjoyment!
Have fun, please leave them comments of love as this is an incredible treat for all of us…..seeing and learning from others is the best way to jump start our Mojo…
What a fabulous use of the DSP….and I adore the embossing folder…the enamel dots make me smile but the icing on the cake is this amazing envelope! Super fun card!
Robyn is a part of what I call, "The 3 stamp-a-teers"….3 very special ladies that always make me in awe of their work and friendship!
I had to share with you 2 pictures of this card as I want you to see how spectacular and easy these framelits are to create a WOW card. I adore the navy, it is so rich and classic!
You can see how Susan cut from the (1) piece of white paper to get the fun image to the front and the inside of the envelope! Super job!
WOOT-WOOT….this is from our dear friend "Chris R. from Iowa"….What a super fun and clean card ~ I love this paper and I know that it is hard to see in the picture but she added some "bling " to the centers of the snowflakes! Beautiful….just beautiful ! The gold foil is super-de-duper!
You always bring the blog so much joy….I truly wish that we did not live so far a part!
I wish that the pictures came out better but I snapped (2) for you to get the feel of this fun swing card! This is a fun card and I love how you can still stamp a sentiment. Whenever a card is "interactive" and instant smile is next! Great job with this super fun plaid paper, I am adoring these paper stack!
Adorable…..simply adorable and I am sure that our friend Caleb helped you! You are soooo darn clever with the igloo – I am sure that this will be cased away. I know that my mailman smiled when he saw this super sweet envelope!
Great use of the vellum….I need to use that more!
This is a "Susan Card" – Again, we are seeing this great paper! I think that many of us are on the same page….great paper….great prints…great value! Many thanks for reminding me to use the embossing folders and then sponging over top.
I admit, I forget about that and it does make a HUGE difference….instant warmth!
This is another super example of using and embossing folder – look at the difference it makes! Again, the camera did not do this beauty justice as there is silver in the area under the trees….it is just beautiful!
These wooden snowflakes have been a huge hit – loved how you used this for a perfect balance!
Aren't these amazing….doesn't it bring joy to your heart to see others talents! Trust me, there is more on the way – I do love to showcase your work as I am sure that it brings a smile to you but it makes my heart pitter-patter!
Until tomorrow!

Oh wow ! Just look at these cards ! I love each one of them and what a joy to have one show up in your mail box . There are lots of great ideas popping off that page .
Great cards !
Great cards and inspiration! I love Robyn’s creations of your fur baby!
Beautiful cards and I love all the envelope details!
Participating in your swap was SO much fun. Each card uses a technique I will be sure to try in the future. Love the vellum and the igloo. Chris’ card of black and gold is so very regal, The use of the different embossing folders does add a special touch. Susan’s quiet snowflakes and the navy make for a beautiful holiday statement. Thanks Susan for orchestrating this great challenge.
Awesome cards ladies. What a fun way to get this holiday season off to a great start. Thanks to you Susan for the opportunity to share our cards.
Wow! These cards are absolutely beautiful! There is so much talent and unique ideas…love it! Love when you have card swaps…so much fun. Thanks Susan!
Thanks, as always, to Susan for hosting the swap–and hats off to such a talented group of “card artists!”
I love all the cards…so many great ideas, and I can’t wait to see more! I had no choice but to do a penguin card for your swap, since Caleb is nearly obsessed with them; and, yes, he helped with the card. I love the parade of envelopes also…staying true to our fearless leader! Thank you SO much for hosting this swap!!
Beautiful cards and great ideas. Susan you are so right, there will be some casing going on, at least in the Spokane, Washington area ?. And I’m with you, love that DSP stack, ordering more so I have extra on hand.
Thanks for sharing all the cards from the swap, great inspiration.
Wow Susan, they are all fabulous cards! Great group of followers
So many beautiful cards. Thanks for sharing. I love all of them.
All so beautiful! Great job everyone. Kind of got me in the Christmas spirit now even tho I have been wishing to cut everyone’s lights who have turned them on already lol.
Great job everyone! It was so hard to decide what to do. Then I spied this paper and thought oh yes, emboss the reindeer. Word of warning – embossing powder does get old and loose it’s punch! I had bought some at a yard sale 4 years ago and who knows how long she had it. Only part of the image melted. I tired reapplying and still that didn’t work. I redid the image and then even more didn’t melt. The third try was a different kind I borrowed from a friend and she said it was pretty old and it too wasn’t the best either. Maybe there was just a bad batch at one time. I think I will put a date on my jars as I buy them! It was fun to bling up something. I even put little black pearls on the little gold strip too.
Love all the different styles and will be CASing away too. Wow, what enbelopes! I will definitely use some of the pieces like Norma did for the envelope even if it doesn’t match the card! I am still smiling at the penguins and that envelope! The door to the igloo was so smart using that punch!
Looking forward to seeing more of the parade and can’t wait to see which I get in the mail!
