Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for February 2016. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes. This month we are CASE-ing a project shown in a current Stampin’ Up! catalog. After all, with the Annual, Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogs available right now, there is much inspiration to choose from. We hope you enjoy our creations.
You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below. The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.
Today’s inspiration for me came from the annual catalog…page 19 more specifically! I made it mine by making a few changes and I hope that you not only enjoy it but I hope you CASE it – to me, a fun and classic card!
I know that you have bunch of posts to go through today so I am going to share with you a PARADE of pictures and then I will follow up next week with a video on how simple this card is to make….
I know that you are super busy with hopping as there is soooooo much talent out there….please take it all in and please try to find some “me time” to take all of these great posts in.
I blog everyday and I promise that next week I will do a video of this card with the measurements and FUN…..so I hope to see you back!
Now….you need to HOP AWAY….but if you like this card, I adore your comments…so please feel free to leave me a comment and let me know how you like my interpretation of the amazing picture in the Annual Catalog.

Beautiful!!
Very lovely, Susan! Love your added details and your coloration. Well done, Pal…
Love the DSP background. Looking forward to your video.
Very pretty! You have me looking at that stamp set a lot closer now. I love how you changed the colors for the flowers. The neutral background dsp makes the possibilities endless. Beautiful CASE card!
Very sweet! I think I like yours better – I am not just saying that either! Yours has more of a pop of color than theirs with the ribbon or paper strips and then the mating of the sentiment. I do like the colors they used on the flowers but that card just needs something to grab my attention. It is a very gray day here and I need a little spice of something whether it is color or hot tea. Speaking of such, I think I will make a big cup to hop along the blog with! Oh and a video next week, watercoloring maybe? I like the way you just effortless add color and chat while doing – just like I am there with you. I love that as you do make my heart smile!
Beautiful CASE work and frankly your pictures and post are gorgeous. I’m jealous, will you take my photos? 🙂
Gorgeous card Susan…. I had to see if I had that stamp set, it’s on page 29 not page 19,,,,lol,,,,,,,I love all your cards and thank you for sharing them.
How stunningly sweet your card is today! You’ve taken a rather simple DSP and with just a bit of color made it into a very charming creation. Nice job Susan!
I absolutely LOVE this card Susan! It’s going in my inspriation file.
I do believe you stepped up the catalog version!
How did you know my favorite color is blue? Love yours! Did not pay much attention to the original to be honest. I guess we gravitate to our favorite colors.
Your card is stunning! Beautiful watercoloring!
