Not to be a party pooper but you might rethink your opening of Happy Hump Day and then having the cute dog in the cart…. I bet this will bring a few comments!
It is cold and windy here but sunny out. I guess this is a good day to stay inside and work on some thank you cards and work on putting away more decorations, laundry etc. Mike took the ornaments off the little tree in the room we use as his office/computer room and left them in front of the computer. I think that was a hint! Of course I will need to take lots of breaks to drool over the catalogs and dream!
Oh Susan how can you go to the gym – I am wanting some ice cream after seeing the photo of the ice cream suite/birthday suite. Well, since it is so cold out, maybe a scoop in my hot chocolate. That is so yummy!
What are we going to do with you! You are ALWAYS so quick with your thoughts and alway make me smile and LAUGH! Ice Cream in the morning….works for me – maybe next time I should try it
Doing the same thing . . . a little organization, a little decorations away and a lot of snack breaks for little reward. Slow and steady. Oh, a few card brakes too. I am putting piles together of what I want/need to make this week.

I did use the time to my advantage…we have most of our Christmas down….that is always a chore and it makes me sad as I love the festivity it brings to our homes!
Whoa….what a morning ,but all is well now . What a crazy thing to begin a new ordering day . Do you think it was the Russians ? Anyway ,enjoyed the pictures from the catty . They get overlooked sometimes .
And I think I JUST GOT what Chris was hinting at in regard to the dog and your opening title !! Giggle !!
If the Russians wanted Stampin’ Up! I would say I like their creative thinking….we all need to make cards…right? I know that there was a super cute picture on the PALS board….I agree – the pictures from the catalog are always stellar….wish mine were half as good.
Are you talking actual photos or the actual creative pieces made up? If it is the later, you have redone some of their projects in the past and they were always better and certainly more memorable. I rarely remember projects in the catalogs but on your blog or in person, hands down you are the winner! Plus how many designers or people does it take to make one project? They have lots of people to get advice on what trim should I use etc.
Whenever there is a new catalog I get so overwhelmed that I don’t know what to buy… so usually I don’t buy right away. That turns out to be in my favor because I visit many SU blogs and see the products in action and get a better idea what I would and would not use and can plan my first order that way. Of course, that’s part of why I’m always behind the trend. 🙂
