You can clearly see how I CASED this card but it is not exactly like what they showed but I still think that it looks super cute! I truly wish that Stampin’ Up! had this as an offering for a kit to purchase because this is a great “gateway” into stamping!
We do have many great kits but I truly believe that there are many out there that simply do not think that they can make a great card….first…EVERYONE makes a great card – if YOU have taken the time…than it IS A GREAT CARD!
The extra fun came from the Swirly Bird Bundle. This was sooooo popular when it first came out and I would invite you to google and also go to Pinterest to look at all of the fun ideas that you can make with this bundle. (the best thing is……throw in a pack of dimensions and you can earn this super cute project!)
Here you can see them side by side again, I will say….when I get extra opportunities to pick a FREEBIE – I am going to stash these away as I adore the ease of making them…the FUN of making them….and I know that who ever receives this note in the mail will be doing a happy dance because it is fun and unique!

Cute ! I have the Swirly Bird dies (I forgot I had them !!!) This Step Up is perfect without over doing embellishments . The sweet little dew drops are special. I made a bunch of colors of those little cuties in my oven last year .
I might just have to get this little kit on my next order “FREEBIE”

The stepped up version is a WOWser! The extra flowers, doily and the background stamping are prefect. It’s always fun to put your own spin on a kit. That’s one of the things I enjoy about the Paper Pumpkins.
Ohhhh, I like them both!!!! Can’t pick! I just finished reading all the comments from yesterday. So many giggles! I am trying to cut back on sugar and Susan, you had to bring up cookies and Mrs Prindables Apples. I have never heard of the apples and, well, now I have to try them!!! I also just want to give Daisy and GREAT BIG HUG! Along with all the other four legged members of your family! Peep goes back to school tomorrow and I have a stampin order in to help with the blues!

I like them both. Those dew drop jobbers look like fun! Congrats to Laurie – you are a lucky chick! Sorry I took so long on the comment yesterday – once I climbed on my soap box to the fence I couldn’t get down. I was beat. I ended up with a 24 hour bug and then my feet hurt so bad I wanted to cry. But, things are better today except for the pending ice storm. I am snuggling under my blanket and watching the game today, plus babying my feet. But first, I am going to check out those dew drops…….

I used to feel that kit cards were “cheating.” But I’ve been shown the light multiple times… if you make it that makes it special.
I really like your stepped up version. I actually though the original lacked something and now we know what it is! Oomph!
