Good Morning – can you believe that it is July 1st – YIKES….we have a winner…winner…Chicken Dinner!
My coffee was wonderful this morning reading through the comments! There were many of you that guessed it….the answer was Bakers Twine! There are 6 rolls/spools of Bakers Twine in that adorable bag and it is going to…….Beth Mills!!!
Ok Beth….put the lap top down….get up and DO IT….DO THAT DANCE and then when you sit down, email me with your address and I will send you the adorable bag and the 6 spools of Bakers Twine to get you in the Christmas in July mood!
In the Spirit of Christmas in July I will be having Blog Candy for you through the month to celebrate this theme! It will be fun to see your comments and also fun for me to be Santa to YOU!
Please continue to pop back and enjoy the good old fashion fun we have with my blog and if you ever need a “pick-me-up” take a moment to read comments that my wonderful followers leave as they will make you laugh…they will lift you up and you will learn a tip or trick! I truly feel blessed with the “community” that we have!
Let’s get to the month Stampin’ Up! Business. There is a bunch going on and I hope that you are a sponge and are ready to soak it up! I have all of this scoop in a drop down tab on my Blog Header for you to easily revisit through the month for a quick reference!
When you have a great thing going….why not do it again!?!? Stampin’ Up! is bringing back Bonus Days in July! What does that mean???
With every $50 you spend during July, you’ll receive a $5 coupon to be redeemed in August. Get ready to stand up and do that dance….the Happy Stampin’ Dance! I look at it like this…Jammie shopping is the best and when you get a $5.00 coupon for every $50 you spend…that’s even better!
Have more questions??? CLICK HERE to read all of the Q & A’s about the program!
Now in the spirit of this fun theme…Stampin’ Up! is also offering a great opportunity for you to to be able to get a discount each and every-time you order. It is as easy as that!
When I say it’s a no brainer…I mean that – the best analogy that I can give you is….it is like going to Bed Bath & Beyond- when I go there I take one of those blue 20% off coupons because WHY NOT? I will take a 20% off discount on something that I need to purchase.
Whether you are a hobbiest (and do you realize that over 94% of SUD’s are hobbiest) or if you want to start a fun business for yourself….the opportunity is yours to take a test drive and if it is not for you….no worries…..just park your car!
I am a prime example of the reason I joined was to get a discount when the new catalog came out….and then I was leaving – (well we know….that didn’t happen). Look at the AMAZING incentive of super PRACTICAL products that Stampin’ Up! is throwing in with this Christmas in July promotion.
During July, you can join my team with a special Starter Kit offer. Not only can you purchase the Starter Kit ($125 of YOUR CHOICE of product for only $99 and FREE SHIPPING), but you’ll also receive an Essentials Gift Pack:
To save you the trouble of “doing the math” the practical products that are in the Essentials Gift Pack are a value of $52.00 and the stamp is a $20.00 value.I look at it this way – how can you go wrong!?!?! Having someone give you a $72.00 value of practical goodies….yep, time to do that dance again!
- 114845 – D Block (two of them!)
- 130148 – Grid Paper
- 103579 – Paper Snips
- 104332 – SNAIL Adhesive
- 102300 – Bone Folder
- 144804 – Carols of Christmas Stamp Set (a newbie from the upcoming Holiday Catalog)
The whole concept of Christmas in July is all over the place in marketing but for us….we know what is next….YEP – THE HOLIDAY CATALOG! I have a secret….I will see the new catalog and ideas while I am in Thailand and yep, I am giddy about that!
As a SUD you will be able to preview the Holiday Catalog later this month but then you will be able to preorder items from that catalog starting August 1st. To me, that is a HUGE PERK as we all love to get our hands on it ASAP! This IS a great reason to take advantage of this promotion! CLICK HERE to get started!
Here is a peek of the Carols of Christmas Stamp Set that is in the Essentials Gift Pack! I just watched a video that was for SUD’s and I was amazed at the versatility of this….it is part of a bundle and you just wait until you see the framelits – all I can say is WOW!!!!
Seriously…..when I first saw this image I thought….ok – I like the sentiments…as they will make a fun statement but then the framelits….I did it – the happy dance and the dogs looked at me like I was nuts! (look below and you will see….yippee!!!!)
Whew…that’s it for today – I know a lot to take in but it is ALL GOOD STUFF!!!! I am thrilled that the Bonus Day Bucks are back….I feel like I am at Kohls when they do the $5.00 coupons for a purchase….YIPPEE-SKIPPEE…..shop away!
I hope that you have some fun things planned for the Holiday Weekend and I hope that you will pop back tomorrow as I will have my 1st Christmas Card for you….YIKES….really?!?!? I think that you are going to like it a WATT!!! (our local Hobby Lobby already has Halloween and some Christmas stuff…just sayin’)
Yay for Beth ! So it was Baker`s Twine !!
WOW what a lot to comment on this morning !
I will pop back in later to read the comments because that is part of the fun of Simple Stampin !!
I must admit that I joined SU because it was a PROMO of JOIN FOR $25 . Like you Susan I planned to bail …..Ha Ha !! I am still in and love getting all the products early w/a discount .I am still on the HOBBY horse . It`s FUN !
I agree Sonny…reading comments are the best!
Congratulations to Beth! What an awesome gift. I’m not ready for Christmas in July. Well, for one thing it is June 31st today in my world. Hubby usually changes calendars first thing in the morning and hasn’t yet. I wonder if my defective calendar has thrown him off. I am looking forward to seeing your creations though Susan!
Congrats Beth! So fun to see all the answers. Hmmm….love the subtle hint for the Christmas card, Susan! Can’t wait!
Thank you Susan and all who commented! Susan, you and your designs are such an inspiration and your techniques and organizational ideas are easy to follow and incorporate into my crafting!!
Congrats Beth, I love using Baker’s Twine and I used gobs of the twine on the crackers/poppers at Christmas time. They were so fun and festive! Boy, I analyzed the bag contents too well so I didn’t win. Teaches me a lesson not to be so anal about it. I would have said baker’s twine right off the bat as knowing it is a favorite, but no I dug deep into her clues!
Christmas in July is a fun theme if you ask me esp. when it is hot and muggy. Bridget and I hit the theme and got the ball rolling as you will see later on. I agree as going back and reading the comments are so much fun. Boy, I would be taking advantage of the new demo special – wowzers what a jam packed bonus. I wonder if Nicole will use that set for her Christmas card! That would be just too funny. Maybe my moose will have a new buddy, a pig. Speaking of pigs, can you believe I have a small collection of Santas with pigs? I also have a huge collection of pig ornaments. Also, when do we begin the pig names? I have a list already. I prenamed the one I made for Jeanie’s fun fold swap – Snortamore as I was making it!
Oh, can’t wait to see Snortamore! Love the name!
Congrats, Beth! Nice goodies in the pretty bag! Love that framelit to make such pretty card fronts. Have a great weekend. I agree with others about lots of fun to read the comments. Too bad I don’t have time now, but will come back for them.
Congrats to Beth!! I love Christmas in July! Especially excited to see your Christmas card tomorrow. I have been thinking of getting started on mine.
You asked if I had gone back a few times to look at my challenge card and yes I did…..how did you know?? Mostly I was hoping the quality of my picture had magically improved…….haha….it did not.
Happy 4th of July weekend everyone; and Happy Christmas in July!!!
Sigh…but what a great deal! I actually cringe when I hear the words “Christmas in July” as I just want to enjoy summer LOL. I hate seeing fall and winter in stores already. So, I will just imagine Christmas with palm trees 🙂
Your last post July 1, I hope all is well with you and your family. Take care, your friend
We have missed you ,but you are on your way to far away places by now !
Enjoy !
