Woot-woot…it is Sunday and it is time for my "PEEPS" to go back to their nests – I will be thankful to get the call that they made it home safely! One thing that is great about having "Adult Peeps" is that they raid your refrigerator and you are "cleaned out" with the things John and I probably should not eat!
We have had a fabulous past couple of days and as much as I will miss them being home….going back to a schedule will be a joy! As I blogged on Friday, I have become not a fan of doing the crazy Black Friday craze….but I sure do like cyber Monday!
Let's get to today's post! I am SUPER happy that Stampin' Up! is "bundling" them up (Item # 140353) for just tomorrow and it will be at a 30% savings~
One thing that I will never forget that my Mom taught me and also I continue to share (or preach as the PEEPS say)…when you give a package…(no matter what the monetary value is) – always….ALWAYS make it special…and these (3) products will do this for you! Let's get going….
PLEASE REMEMBER to use the item code of #140353 to get the "bundle" discount but below I will showcase the items for you to see the quantities of each of the products!
Here are the trio's and I hope you enjoy how I have "jazzed" them up a bit – still so simple and classic!
I have blogged many times with these boxes…. and I am just doing the "Happy Dance" with them! Not only do they make fabulous "Advent Boxes"…they are great for Party favors, small gifts…notes of inspiration….just a fun box that can be decorated in many ways! They are called the Tiny Treat Boxes.
This is a great box that already has a "window in it" which makes it great to see thru! The are called the Decorative Window Gift Box and being the "type A" that I am….I did use the circle framelits in #'s 5 & 7 and cut a ring to cover up the decorative part ( you really do not need to do this)…..but I thought that the total look of this was great!
The stamp set I used was the Wonderous Wreath…and I highly recommend that you get this beauty as a bundle as it is GREAT that you have matching framelits to make cutting a breeze!
Last but not least….the "take out box" – this is a great box and soooo darn easy to jazz up! I used the sponge daubers in Old Olive and not only is it easy – it is FUN!
I do hope that you take advantage of this great deal tomorrow….(I sure am)….and do not forget about the Blendabilities! This is a special deal as it is great that they are not only bundling them….but they will be 30% off! That deserves a huge woot-woot!
WOULD YOU LIKE TO WIN THIS BUNDLE????? In the season of Thanksgiving…I would like to give someone this! Just leave me a comment and let me know what your favorite childhood memory "gift" was…and I will pick (1) person and let you know tomorrow!
I love to read your comments and I know that others do as well! Let's have fun going down "Memory Lane" and I deeply thank you for popping by!

This is a great bundle, Susan. Thanks for the chance to win. My favorite childhood memory “gift” was my first puppy. Was super excited!
My favorite childhood memory was getting my Thumbelina doll. I actually asked and received Casper the ghost for Christmas but my 2 older sisters got thumbelina and I fell in love and kept taking their dolls all Christmas Day. (Evidently there was a lot of crying going on that Christmas). Anyway, my mom told me Santa left my doll at my grandmothers store downtown and we went and picked it up the day after Christmas. (Someone was out very early shopping the day after Christmas! Lol). I have many more thumbelina stories but that will be for another time. 🙂
Love the boxes by the way and can’t wait to order the bundle Monday morning!
I can’t wait to order my boxes! My favorite gift as a child was a small ring. I felt so grown up!
My favorite childhood gift was my Girl Scout uniform. My parents didn’t have much money so after thinking I would never be able to have a uniform, you can imagine my surprise when I opened up the package! I cried many happy and thankful tears!
I remember getting a Debbie Reynolds doll, which I loved. As always, your boxes are decorated so nicely and whoever wins them will be so happy!
Thanks for the chance to win. One of my favorite childhood gifts was a pretty new coat with the pretty fur color….every girl wants to be a little bit of Hollywood glamour! Your boxes are beautifully decorated!!
So many favorite memories and perhaps my favorite would be when my twin and I received a ‘rea;live’ dollhouse. It was probably 30 – 40 square feet with dutch windows and door. It was incredible and I still smile at the fun tea parties we had. We always let Moma in but no boys – EVER!!!
Thank you for the opporunity to win te blog candy!
Sincerely – Lou
My favorite gift was my Ginny doll. I still have her and all her clothes. Hoping for a granddaughter and someday I will pass Ginny down to her.
I remember getting a green “flying saucer” for sliding in the snow. When I first saw it I thought it was a new cover for my mother’s green wringer washer…..LOL. Thanks for the chance to win goodies!
Ahhh . . . . my favorite childhood memory was my first two-wheeler! Thanks for this blog candy giveaway. What was your’s, Susan?
🙂
My favorite was a black stuffed dog. I named him Cinders and carried him around everywhere I went. He was my best friend.
My favorite memory is ice skating on a pond at the end of our street with my sister.
Love the boxes, so pretty. My favorite gift was a bride doll. Carried it everywhere.
My very favorite childhood memory was getting by first cabbage patch kid, Joanna. I will never forget waking up on christmas morning and she was in a baby stroller in front of the tree just waiting for me. I still get teary eyed thinking about her. I still have her and my daughter plays with her every once in a while(when i let her, hehehe). I was super excited to by my daughter her very first cabbage patch kid which brought all the memories back. Thanks for letting us share our memories. Hugs~Julie
My favorite memory was getting a new bike!! I had ridden my tiny little bike to the candy store down the street several months earlier and as I came out of the store, a bread delivery truck backed over it!! I was crushed and ran all the way home with the poor delivery guy following me in his truck!!!
My favorite Christmas memory was receiving a small white, long-haired cat (stuffed animal). It was so soft and cuddly.
My favorite gift was getting a school jacket in the school colors and with the insignia of
Union High School.
My favorite gift was my first stereo, my sister and I shared it. It was complete with cassette and eight track… 🙂
My favorite Christmas gift memory wasn’t something I received, but something I gave. I was in 7th grade and had saved my first paychecks from working Saturday nights at our family’s candlepin bowling alley. I allotted $50.00 for each family member and for my mom I went to Bryant’s Jewelry Store (a fancy store downtown) and bought her a gold charm with the Nativity Scene on it for her charm bracelet. My mom wore it until her death 3 1/2 years ago. A wonderful memory! Happy Advent Susan!
My favorite childhood memory was looking forward to the gift my father would bring home from his work place. My dad was a coal miner. His company would give this present every year to each employee. It was a brown paper sack filled with the following: 2 large red delicious apples, 2 Hershey bars, and 2 large popcorn balls. They gave a sack for each child in your family. My sister and I looked forward to this every year!
My favorite childhood memory is the huge family gatherings we used to have at my aunt’s farm on Christmas. That truly was the best ‘gift’ of all!
This may sound silly, but one Christmas morning I was up early. Mom told me I could open my stocking, but I had to wait for the other presents. I climbed back into bed and one of the items I found was a pink kangaroo pin, rather large for a little girl like me. I adored it and wore it so much. It still has a special place in my heart~
My favorite was a doll. I still have it.
my favorite was my very first record player … we always had music playing in our homme but not the 45’s that my sister and I adored … it was such fun to have our own record player and play those songs of the 60’s.
My favorite Christmas gift was a doll! Love this bundle and how you decorated it!
Beautiful packages Susan. My favorite childhood gift was a portable record player. It was green and you could lock it closed and carry it any where. It also came with a record of Dolly Parton’s “Coat of Many Colors” and I knew every word by that night.
Thanks for the memories.
My mother was a great shopper and we usually received many Christmas gifts. But, my favorite memories are those of my five brothers and myself waking on Christmas morning. The “rule” was no one could open gifts until all were awake. Of course, that didn’t mean we waited…it simply meant the first one up woke everyone else! I miss those times.
My favorite gift was a creepy crawler maker. As long as I had goop I would make pretty colored bugs and worms!!!
Masterpieces! It would be hard for me to open one, they sre so beautiful. Your love for your family is so evident in all your posts. Love the humor you add too! I had my children take all the leftovers also!
Hello Susan, my favorite gift as a child was the year I received my record player.
My favorite memory of Christmas was when I got a doll house when I was in 3rd grade that my dad built. This doll house was huge and I still have it. I would eventually like to finish it and have it shown off in my house. It’s 3 stories with a wrap around porch. Makes me excited thinking about it.
My favorite gift is a large pink ballerina doll that twirls from a button on her crown. My father bought her for me 46 years ago and I still have her today. When she was wrapped my father kept telling me it was a big pair of shoes to grow into later.
I had a doll named Freckle Faced Patty. She had red hair done in pigtails. My grannie made lots of pretty clothes for her and I had fun playing with her.
So sweet. Some stampin up DSP may help with your “renovations” as wallpaper!
My favorite gift was a bride doll.
My favorite gift as a child was 12 pairs of white wool socks that my father wrapped separately. He put them in all sizes of boxes and added paint cans to some to give them a little weight. He never allowed us to open a present on Christmas Eve, but this year he did and I had the hardest time deciding what one to open. He was the biggest kid when it came to Christmas!
So creative and festive
My favorite memory of a Christmas gift was in the 5th grade. I asked for and received a guitar. The music teacher at school was giving group lessons before school and I really wanted to learn too play. And I still had it for my boys to start on when they were old enough.
My favorite childhood gift was when my oldest brother came home for the holidays, he was on leave from the army during the Vietnam War. There are 6 years between us and even though we are much older now (58 & 64)
he is still my hero. That was such an emotional Christmas!
Awesome gift boxes Susan.
Along with a couple of nice Christmas presents, my Mom would always make each of us a Goody Box! This goody box was filled with all of our favorite’s; candy, cookies, fruit, drinks, under clothing, music, movie, books, crayons; etc. It was the best present ever. All of your FAVE’s in one big box with a big bow on top. I have continued this tradition with my Niece and God Daughter.
A huge chalkboard from Santa. Loved playing school so Santa brought me this amazing gift….. Love how you decorated the boxes. On the tiny treat box how did you make the tag? Is that a punch?
I love the little boxes and pray for safe travels for your peeps. My memorable gift was a doll but I don’t even remember what she looked like. Having two sisters, we had plenty of dolls around so when I got back to school and heard that Charlotte didn’t get anything for Christmas, I gave my new doll to her.
My favorite gift was a two-wheeled bicycle. It took me on some fun adventures.
Thanks for the blog candy.
My favorite gift was receiving a Tiny Tears doll. I loved that doll.
My favorite childhood memory was a red two wheeler and even though i had the chicken pox, my mom let me ride to the corner and back.
My favorite Christmas gift was my first bicycle which I already knew how to ride having practiced on my cousins all summer long. It was schwin which was the coolest back to own way back when.
Loved your spiffed up boxes, Susan. Don’t enter me for the winning bundle, but I wanted to share my favorite memory, although I have many sweet ones. When I was 10 (fifth grade!) Santa brought my first bicycle. Yes, my first, and yes, I still believed in Santa. I have a brother on either side of me and we all got matching green and white bikes with individual notes attached from Santa. I still have my note in my lock box and it makes me cry every time I read it. Thanks for the walk down my memory lane and a stroll down those of others this morning.
My favorite was a Mickey Mouse doll that talked when you pulled a string. I still have it!
Thanks for your wonderful blog!
My most vivid memory (making it my favorite!) is the Christmas morning that my brother and I received bicycles. They were Schwinns – his was red, mine was blue. That was an exciting morning!!
Wasn’t much of a doll girl even tho my parents tried. I did use them to “judge” my model horse parades tho. My most remembered gift was a microscope and chemistry set.
Your take on the boxes is beautiful.
We were very poor while I was growing up and remember every Christmas we only received a pair of PJ’s and a game for all four of us to play. I always remember feeling so sad when I saw everything that my friends got and how many presents were under the trees at their houses. But one Christmas, I don’t know how, all four of us kids got a brand new bike! We could not believe it. I had dreamed of having a bike and finally I got one. That was the best Christmas and memory I have. I am so grateful and Blessed and have come a long way from those bad times.
Beautiful boxes! My clearest memory of a Christmas gift was my first Barbie doll. I played with her soooo much over the years. A perennial family favorite was board games. Someone in the family always got a game and Christmas afternoon was spent “breaking them in.” We still play games n Christmas afternoon, even though all of us “kids” are over 50!
My favorite gift wasn’t a Christmas present. It might have been a birthday present. It was a stuffed dog which my aunt made me. Black and white houndstooth print with a black felt nose and felt eyes. He was my magic dog. Whenever I was crying, he would make me stop crying. He made me feel loved.
Your boxes are all so festive-looking! I look forward to trying some next year!
Cyberhugs and best wishes!
My favorite toy was a jointed horse with saddle for my Barbie dolls. My mom often made my Barbie clothes as she is a very talented seamstress. I played dolls with my best friend next door. I still have the horse. Thank you for the delightful ideas.
My favorite Christmas gift was my Mom. I would give anything to have her back, ….she loved Christmas and made it so very special year after year.
My favorite gift was the first one that I purchased on my own for my mother. I felt so proud of the plastic potted geranium that I bought all by myself!
Love these boxes!
My favorite present was a Barbie doll outfit that my dad went out and got especially for me! Love the boxes! Thanks for the chance to win!
My all time favorite memory gift …… my dad was a trucker. He always brought us these giant candy canes when he returned from cross country deliveries at Christmas time. A very fond memory that brings a smile to my face now.
Bar none, my best childhood gift memory was a FABULOUS navy wool coat with red faux leather buttons and trim. It was during the 70’s and maxi’s were in big time! I creased the page in the JCPenney Christmas Wish catalog and looked at that coat every day! And get this; it zipped off/on at the bottom so it could be worn as a short coat too-VERY cool! Being the oldest of four children and on a VERY tight budget, there was NO WAY I thought I would get this and I CRIED when I opened it on Christmas morning. The best Christmas gift EVER!!
Thank you Susan. I love your inspiring blog. My favorite was my first desk!I loved having my own space and area to do things.
Susan, I love your projects. Keep posting!
My favorite gift as a child was the Christmas I received a ton of new handmade by Santamom clothes for my Betsy McCall doll. I know that doll dates me. But, she was my favorite. This was pre Barbie days. Merry Christmas!
Martha
Definitely my cabbage patch doll–sorry if this comes up multiple times, but it looks like it is not posting. 😉
Thanks for the blog candy!
My favorite childhood memory Christmas gift was a calf. We lived on a farm when I was little and I remember waking up and finding this new-born calf all wrapped in a blanket in front of the stove. It was so tiny and shivering and I fell in love with it immediately. The wonderful memories……
My favorite memory gift was a vanity I received when I was about 10 – it was a very big deal :).
Well, not sure what was my favorite as I was quite spoiled and had loads of dolls and stuffed animals as well as crayons and colorbooks. I did treasure my Thumbelina doll like Jeanie ans my Betsy-wetsie doll! But now that I am grown I appreciate the story of my mom getting this giant white monkey that had tennis shoes. Chippie was bigger than me – almost 4 foot tall. It was fake fur and had very realistic plastic hands and face and giant ears! Anyway, mom wasn’t sure how to get it home as the trunk was full and the back seat had something in it. I guess I was to take it to the New Years parade and ride on a float with it. My dad had bought a convertible when I was born and they only had that car for a couple of years. Anyway, as my mom tells it she was dressed in her warmest holiday finest, threw a scarf around Chippie and mittens and a hat and sat him up in the front seat and with her! Oh yeah, she was delivering Christmas baskets too and that was why the car was full! Anyway, she went merrily about her business waving and honking to all with that silly monkey in the passenger side! Oh, I wished I could have seen that!
Boxes, darling! I think I might have to get that bundle. I have a set of the tiny boxes for the future but didn’t get the other two. I assume they come flat for easy storage or for forgetting where I put them! A demo friend has the wreath framelit so I think I just might have to use hers to make some to adorn these darling boxes!
My favorite childhood memory was my first record player; I loved to dance to music and my sisters would not let me choose the stations on the family radio. Now I had my own record player and could listen to what “I” wanted to. What a joy that was for a 10 year old and not to have to share it with my siblings. I too love boxes, all sizes, and they make wonderful containers for my homemade fudge. An early “Merry Christmas” to you and your family.
My favorite childhood memory was going to midnight mass on Christmas Eve. Our church had a beautiful choir and we would go early to listen to them. Then when we got home, Santa would have come and each of us kids got to open one gift. The rest had to wait until morning. Now I look back and wonder how dad and mom ever got us kids to go to sleep knowing what was still under the tree….lol! What a great give away! Thank you for the chance to win!
My favorite childhood Christmas gift was a plush white tiger hand puppet. I still have it, along with the bride doll I received the following year. Thanks for the chance to win such great blog candy, Susan.
You always decorate the boxes so beautiful. I’d love to receive them. My favorite childhood Christmas gift was a red girl bicycle. I loved that thing so much and rode all over town on it. Those were the years you could go everywhere by yourself and never worry about “bad” people getting you.
I’ve really enjoyed reading everyone favorite memories. They are all so beautiful and brought tears to my eyes.
My favorite childhood gift was a bike from my dad. I wanted a lavender bike and he couldn’t find one so he bought a green bike, took it apart and painted it purple and reassembled it! How sweet is that!!
A baton!
Our first back and white tv, thought we were hot stuff.
My favorite gift was a “Ginny” doll. It was a small doll, but had clothes that could be changed. Loved it! I still have it packed away, but get it out and look at it every now and then.
The year my Dad made a case for my Storybook dolls Remember those?
My favorite was a doll named Vickie. You could pat her back and it cried slightly. I have had it over 40 years, my sister took it to toy doll and soldier hospital in Michigan a year ago and had her eyes cleaned up and new crier put in her. It’s my favorite.
Thanks for sharing these boxes.
Love these boxes! My favorite gift from Santa was a Baby First Steps doll. I’m aging myself with that one!
Love the boxes and hope the peeps have a safe trips home. My most memorable gift was a doll but I don’t remember what she looked like. With two sisters, we had lots of dolls around, so when I learned a girl at school didn’t get a doll for Christmas, I took her mine.
My favorite was a doll. Love the way you decorated the boxes!
When I was a little girl, my favorite gift was a Cabbage Patch doll. I didn’t realize it when I was little, but my family struggled financially. My two sisters and I wanted Cabbage Patch dolls for Christmas. This was when they first came out and they were hard to find. I remember Christmas morning waking up and there were three Cabbage Patch dolls under the tree for us girls. I don’t know how my parents pulled off saving the money and then even being able to find them, but I was the most excited girl that Christmas morning!
I was about 13 and wanted a timex watch…with a black band..
My parents hid it under the tree so I could not find it…and when all presents were opened,,,no watch…and I guess I was pretty sad…and my parents were pretty much laughing…they showed me the box hidden way off in a corner…and yes it was the watch…the only item I had asked for that holiday. definitely a lesson learned that year as well.
SK
My Grandma gave me a beautiful large Bride doll for a gift. I thought it was the most beautiful Doll I ever saw.
I received a “Ginny” doll and several outfits for changing her look. I still have it.
My favorite gift was a “Ginny” doll with several outfits for her to wear. Still have it!
My favorite childhood gift was an American Girl Doll. My mom and I made clothes and other misc items for her and it was something special to do with my mom. I still have it and my daughter will get it!!
My favorite childhood memory was we went to church and when we came out it had snowed. I grew up in Seattle and we didn’t get much snow then. It made Christmas magic to have snow.
A drum majorette doll that you could pose/move legs & arms – how special!
My favorite childhood gift were my shoe roller skates…no more hunting for the skate key! I love the littlest boxes. I used them to take treats to my physical therapist on national p.t. day. He was the only one in the office who knew there was such a day.
My favorite gift was any kind of art supplies. Crayons (back then) coloring books, paper, water colors and brushes…you name it. Patpionkeathotmaildotcom
My favorite Christmas gift as a child was a medium blue, gingham on one side, solid on the other, comforter. I had up until I got married! It was too small for our bed, so we used it as a sofa cuddle buddy. xo
I love your using that wreath to frame the cut out on the box. Very clever! I totally enjoyed reading what others favorite gift was. I know I’m too late for the gift away but still want to share. Mine was the Christmas I received a big furry white stuff cat doll and a music box jewelry box with a dancing ballerina.
Great bundle and it will come in very handy. You show cased them beautifully.
My favorite gift was a slot car race set that my Father set up in the attic where we build paper mache towns and mountains we also had trains that ran all over the attic, he taught us to be very creative and I thank him to this day for that.
