Welcome to the November Pals Blog Hop, we are "thankful" you stopped by. This month we are showcasing projects that show our thanks, including both thank you and Thanksgiving themed projects.
This is my favorite day of the month in being a PAL as this is when so many come together and share their love and creativity with all of us! I hope that you have fun hopping along and will be super inspired!
You may just be starting the blog hop or may have come from Stop #4 – Beth McCullough at Stampin Mom on the Pals Hop.
If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the amazing projects. WOWZERS, there are 33 of us this month so get that pot of coffee on!
I am over the moon happy to share with you these adorable boxes/favors with you today! Not only are they super easy to whip together in no time….they are super affordable! A huge woot-woot all the way around! (Pop back tomorrow and I will showcase these boxes in a totally different way)
Here is the "low down" – it is super short as it is super easy and I know that you have a bunch more stops to make so let's get going!
- The Boxes are featured in the Holiday Catalog and they are called the Tiny Treat Boxes and you get 25 boxes for just $6.95!
- The Color Me Autumn Designer Series paper was the choice for the day as I was color coordinating for my dinner table and thought these colors would be perfect! I simply cut (5) 1 3/4" squares and adhered them to the boxes using my favorite "green glue" I used the 3/4" circle punch as shown in the below picture to give it that finished touch it deserves.
- The sentiment came from the And Many More Stamp Set, and if you do not have this gem…then I first ask you – "why not???" and then I say…hit that shop now button and get this gem!
- The punches I used were the Modern Label Punch and the Word Window Punch – the handy 1/8" punch….please look below and you will see my comments!
- The ribbons are the Mossy Meadow Satin Ribbon and the Burlap Ribbon! (Wow – I am so surprised with this ribbon….I am a HUGE fan of it used in this way!)
Here is a close up of the simple knot that I did….If you follow my blog (and I hope you do) – you already know that I am bow challenged so this is about all you get….it works for me!
What am I going to fill them with?!?!? Well…I know of favorites of each of my "peeps" and my wonderful Dad! I will fill them with some love from me with a special treat and also a little "love note" folded up for them to read whenever to let them know how thankful I am for them!
Get going…YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF HOPPING TO DO…..put those sneakers on and have fun! I know that tomorrow you are going to smile with another post I am doing with these boxes!
The next stop is Stop #6 with Rae Harper-Burnet on the Pals Blog Hop! Thanks for visiting and I hope to see you next month.

Simply adorable. I do wish you lived down the street…however I would never get anything else done as I would want to play in our craft spaces!
Very cute, and I like the less is more idea too. And your color choice s great for Thanksgiving. TFS, Jess
Too cute ! I have to say that is a bargain for all those little boxes . Love using Burlap ,but it can get wacky on me at times . I used it on my Thanksgiving cards and I had an issue or two ,but loved the result . I have to go now ….on to the next “Hop Stop “.
I love the way you wrap the strands of burlap around the beautiful bows. I might have seen that before on a card that you might have sent to me – and it might have wow’ed me the first time. Love this project!
Susan, you are always coming up with such fun surprises! You must make lots of people smile quite often with your sweet little gifts of tucked in goodies! You are an awesome mom and friend! I made one of your boxes from yesterday’s post and will be sending to my grandson for Thanksgiving. Thanks again, for all you do to inspire us~ Hugs
Adorable treat boxes, Susan! You never fail to please!!
Oh my word… this is SO, SO lovely!!!!!!
Love your project today! I read your blog every day and love it!
Love your boxes, great colors and lots of style. Just the “Susan” we know and love– elegant simplicity, Thanks for the inspiration.
Susan, I knew I was going to see something wonderful today, and I did. The favor boxes are adorable. Thank you for the inspiration.
great project and great job with burlap..thanks for sharing!
Very cute and a great idea. I am on box 14 except the embelishments for the Advent project. These little boxes are snap to put together and decorating them is the sky’s limit! I have to really hustle to get them all done for the charity event! I have a variety of candy and ornaments to put in each one. You will have to let us know what you end up putting in yours!
These boxes are fabulous, Susan! You make so many clean and crisp cards…I love the vintage feel of these with the frayed burlap!
I always enjoy any blog hops I peruse, but thirty-three blogs are a few too many to go through.
So cute as a place card! Love your use of the burlap ribbon.
Well Ms Type A….. 😉 Fantastic little project with great tips. Love all the little details.
Adorable. Love it when the packaging is as stunning as the gift!
