Good Friday to you all! Well….I try. I tried to plan my blog posts for the week and one thing that happened that was NOT in the plan was….Stampin’ Up! sold out of the refill kits for the March Kit. šĀ
What can we all say but OH WELL….life happens and it is not the end of the world …BUT – I need to share with you some of my bunnies that I made for the young, the old, the mailman, the dog/horse sitter…..just about anyone that touches my heart because I think that they are SUPER cute!
We will make Lemonade out of this post for many reasons….first, I made you smile with these adorable bunnies that each have (4) miniature Reese Eggs in them (YUM)
I think the little tail is just so darn sweet Ā but I need to remind you where they came from…..they are a part of the Paper Pumpkin Kit that Stampin’ Up! offers each and every month.
There are several ways that you can take part in the fun. That is what is great about it as you make it what YOU want it to be….in a nutshell, you can sign up for just 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or even a year! It is YOUR choice šĀ
They make a great gift to give to a family member or perhaps someone you know that likes to make things. EVERYTHING is included in the little box and it is mailed RIGHT TO YOU!
When you are a subscriber….you have the opportunity to purchase addition refill kits if they are available….you can see that this one was super popular (for obvious reasons) and it ZOOM – SOLD OUT fast!
Now before I get CLICKED OFF…..please hear me out. I get it, I know that some months the kits do not tickle your fancy but I can’t even imagine how hard it is to try to figure out what would be fun and HOT and what would be not the stellar. Trust me, they try their best.
If I were you…and even IF YOU WERE A PAST PPP….(Paper Pumpkin Person – I love that name) I would sign up for next month. I ask you – Ā what do you have to lose for just $20.00.
Next month kit is super special because Sara Douglas had a major impact into the design of the kit. Watch this short video and you will see the passion and sheer fun she has with Stampin’ Up! (I am sure her Mama is PROUD)
So….as you can see – this is going to be a fun and special one of a kind kit…..but here is the catch – you need to sign up BEFORE April 10th to get this special kit. Sara is just adorable and is really trying to make her own “Stamp” being the CEO of Stampin’ Up!…..I guess you can definitely say….IT’S A SARA THING!
Before we go….some housekeeping for you. š
I am leaving to see the NEW catalog, see friends and meet NEW friends….be inspired…..see and learn techniques and just have the time of my life this weekend in Richmond.
- Tomorrows post will be later for you because I am going to share with you what I did for the PALS that attended convention…and I would hate for them to see it on line before they see it in their “paws”Ā
- Sunday’s post will be inspiration from Richmond (please note, I am NOT allowed to share with you the new stuff……just yet) but trust me, there will be plenty of inspiration for you on Sunday!
- Monday is my DAY OFF šĀ ….but who knows….my creativity might take a soar and I might surprise you…..
Have a super day and I hope that if you are in Richmond ….I would LOVE to meet you! This is the FUN of this journey……meeting and connecting.
If I were you…I would hit that 1 month subscription below (you can see that I am only showing the 1 month)Ā I really think that this next kit will be Ā special…..one NOT to miss – you have nothing to loose as there is no commitment. (Hint – hint……I think the BOX AND COLOR might be a hint)
BOY – do we LOVE those CUBES of ink…..HINT-HINT…..and rumor has it Ā – the NEW In Colors are FUN! (I received 3 yesterday and will be taking them with me for my team to play with – WOW – I LOVE them!)
Have a GREAT day….thanks for being YOU in popping in and until tomorrow…..more inspiration!

Have a great time and bring back lots of inspiration for us!
Love your pp ideas! Super cute! Have a great time this weekend!
Love your bunnies!!!! Have a wonderful time in Richmond!!!! I am off to Tennessee an hoping the snow disappears b the time we get home!!!! Yay warm weather here we come!!!
Have fun in Richmond!! I’m going to San Diego!!! I love all your posts btw! Hugs!!
Hi Susan, Oh your bunnies are so cute…. I get the PP and some months I’m not wild about them BUT you can always make an alternative… It is worth the 20.00 a month. They have come along way from when I started getting mine. I look forward to it every month….. I can’t wait to get this month. I’m so excited that Sara Douglas designed this kit. CANT’T WAIT……… Hav an AWESOME time in Richmond……. HUGS
Love your bunnies. They are super sweet. I’m all signed up to get the special Sara kit. I’m looking forward to it. I know you can’t show us the new stuff but surely you can describe it to us?! “It is fabulous, wonderful, creative, you’ll all need it, and it’s probably sold out already.” See?! I’m counting on you to fill in the gap.
Also, as a non-traditional pet parent I can tell you that I’m sad today because we had to put my 15 year old fish down. No one else gets it.
I get it Judy! I’m sorry!!!
I had a gold fish that lived until age 12.
I get it too Judy…I had no idea they lived that long. I bet you were a good mom and talked to the fish when you fed it etc. What kind of fish and color? Name? I always thought I wanted a salt water tank but realistically I wouldn’t keep up with it. Ted is behind on his shots as it is. I had better make his appt now while I am thinking of it. Plus, he will want to take a walk in a few minutes. I hope the Sara kit is a fun one. I have no idea of what it will be.
Oh Susan the bunnies are cute but I really like the cards and envelopes you made. I was going to keep the baker’s twine for cards or other ideas and use other ribbon on the bunnies too. I think I know an orangish Jeep vehicle that needs some love and thought I could use the Peek a Boo Peach ruched ribbon to match his ears. The card will look cute with it. My problem is the chocolate will probably melt sitting in the sun. Maybe I will make some carrot cupcakes and wrap one in plastic wrap and put in the bunny bag.
I know you will have a great time in Richmond. We have a nice sunny day so I think Ted and I will take another walk in a bit. Today is Mike and I’s anniversary and I need to go get a chocolate treat for his goody bag. I got him some semi spicy Pella bologna and some meat sticks. Yes, there is such stuff made here – we have 2 specialty meat places that make ring bologna and other stuff like cheese shaped in a tulip too.
Now, I am wondering if the mailman will really think the bunny bag will be stupid. Maybe just the card with a little treat in a plastic bag or maybe the treat holder Jeanie made yesterday. Oh such decisions.
Really cute creations ! I have only stamped two bunny face cards so far ….oh well, maybe tomorrow .
I wonder if the color on the outside of Sara`s PP box is the new Lemon Lime Twist ???
Have a fun fun time in Richmond !!
Happy Anniversary Chris and Mikke !!
Thanks Sonny and thanks for not asking how many years.
Have a great time!!
