It is that time of the year….the time where we act like we are in line to get the MUST HAVE toy at the Holidays when our kids were little peeps! Every year this is a bitter-sweet moment but the reality is – IT HAPPENS and there is not a darn thing to do about it! 😕
Honestly, I can say that the BIGGIE for me that is not carrying over are the DSP Stacks in the various Color Families…..(found on the bottom of page 174 in the Big Catalog) and here is a screen shot for you. You all know that I ADORE these and they will be sadly missed by me and I am sure a bunch more! 🙁

Now is this LATE or what but as promised I am sharing with you some cards that I received at Richmond over the weekend. Have you ever had soooooo much fun that you came home pooped and just wanted to crawl into bed and snuggle! Well – that is me right now but I was determined to share some sunshine for you today!
It was a wonderful time filled with laughter, inspiration and oh yes – one little thing – THE NEW CATALOG!!!! Yippee!!!! 😀 Last night I wish that you would have seen the 4 of us in our hotel room just CHATTING UP A STORM and I stopped and said – Isn’t this wonderful that we are adults and acting like kids getting new toys!
Many thanks for the comments yesterday and YEP…we have a WINNER!!!! Woot-Woot to Carol…..OK Carol…STOP WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING….and do that DANCE…..shake it and then when you catch your breathe – EMAIL ME and let me know your address!
I have to say….these were so fun and rewarding to make! I think that it is great to be able to use the Big Shot in many different ways! I will try to do a card for you with some felt….it is a fun and different twist to a card! Texture….we all love texture 😀
NOW TO THE 1st PARADE FOR YOU! I just LOVE the talent and insight out there and I am happy to say that ALL of these stamps shown are staying around – YIPPPEEEEE!!!

THE RETIRED LIST
This is the time of the year that reality happens and we are 🙁 but then we are also 😀 because we can snatch up the things that we have been “eyeing up”. It is what it is and just because somethings are being retired…that doesn’t mean that they are not special!
One thing I know is…this “little thing” that we do IS SPECIAL…and I am so glad that I am on this journey!

Good Morning and things are in FULL SWING here in Richmond. Here is a quick post showing you the goodie bag that I made using the Paper Pumpkin kit from March (the bunny bag) that I blogged about yesterday!

Did you realize that you can cut many, MANY things from the Big Shot can be cut with other material than just paper? Well, it can and it’s easy. Today I am using felt….and I have some great pictures for you just to see the details and you can see that the edges are clean and crisp – just like it does when it is paper.
The framelits I used are the Flower Fair Framlits…and I used good old green glue to adhere! You can purchase felt from many sources but the felt that I used for these sweet bags I purchased from Taylored Expressions – I love the colors that they have and because this is a wool felt~ it cuts like butter and the edges are perfect!
You know me by now….I ADORE Bakers Twine and use it often. Because I love to save time…you can see that I added the button with the green glue and then tied a bow (2 strands cause’ it looks FUN this way) and then adhered it right on top of the button….EASY – DONE!
I love shots like this….it is so rewarding and just plain FUN to see a bunch lined up in a row…I was so happy to be able to change up the “Bunny Bags” and make into something totally different.
You know that I also love to use up products that might not be current because – WHY NOT? If you liked it before and purchased it…..YOU LIKED IT THEN….and guess what – you will like it AGAIN!!!
The ribbon I used for this sweet little purse was a past product…and the buttons – I have a big Mason Jar filled with them and each and every day that I see it – I smile as there is nothing like seeing a bunch of colors together!
Now to the BUCKET OF YUMMIES….there are 14 of us so I made some yummies for us to munch on throughout the day! It is
to be here with so many amazing men and women and I have to say…..I received the Catalog last night….AND YOU ARE GOING TO SMILE – it is FUN.
I was saying it is like how you felt that when you were a child and the new Sears Catalog….but this is EVEN BETTER to have this magical feeling as adults! SO FUN!

Last night we were talking (again like kids in their jammies talking into the wee hours) – it is so fun to be a PAL……I am proud to be a part of Mary Fish’s group and what is so fun and unique…..no matter what city a PAL is attending a convention…..WE ALL RALLY together and we are a BIG family…..having a great time….the 14 of us!
Until later……there will be lots to share and trust me, I will have some FUN SWAP cards for you! I am having the time of my life and my “JOY TANK” is filled to the brim. I love meeting and see old friends and gaining new ones. I wish that each and every one of you were here!

Good Friday to you all! Well….I try. I tried to plan my blog posts for the week and one thing that happened that was NOT in the plan was….Stampin’ Up! sold out of the refill kits for the March Kit. 🙁
What can we all say but OH WELL….life happens and it is not the end of the world …BUT – I need to share with you some of my bunnies that I made for the young, the old, the mailman, the dog/horse sitter…..just about anyone that touches my heart because I think that they are SUPER cute!
We will make Lemonade out of this post for many reasons….first, I made you smile with these adorable bunnies that each have (4) miniature Reese Eggs in them (YUM)
