I admit…I never thought I would be excited to get this little orange box in the mail each month! At our house…John always stops at the end of our lane to get the mail and when I got home from work last night…he knew that I would be excited!
I had a late meeting and did not get home until after 8 and I "changed my post" for today to bring to YOU the latest Paper Pumpkin! It is sooooo funny as earlier yesterday I emailed the Pals Chat asking if others received their pumpkins….some did…some did not…but I felt like a kid as I walked in the door and saw the box!!!
I did say a quick "Hi John"….swooped up my box and went right up to my work area!
Remember, if you join Paper Pumpkin before March 31st, not only will you receive the "Starter Kit" – you will also receive a pack of in-color markers! This is only until the 31st…so please click here and sign up! You will be soooooo impressed with the direction that this program has gone!
This months kit contains all of the goodies to make 8 cards – plus the "woot-woot" of getting 2 photopolymer stamps that you will use over and over on other projects and also 2 ink pad spots, one in Island Indigo and the other in Calypso Coral!
I apologize in advance that the pictures are not the best but at the time that I was taking pictures, I was very limited! Below are a bunch of pictures showing you different options in using the kit in other fashions! This is another reason why I am lovin' this program…you can switch it up to reflect your personality!
This picture shows a sample that I took directly from the suggestions that Stampin' Up! included in the kit!

The Kit comes with these gold liners that are beautiful! TIP! – you can cut the in half…and with the piece you cut off….it will allow you to make another liner with the envelope liner framelit or it is great to use for punches! The little gold sparkle dots already have adhesive on the back!
Now to some changes I did to show you a variety of the kit! Remember…let YOUR personality inspire your work! It was so fun and I do hope that you join this program! You have nothing to loose as if you want to stop….that is YOUR choice – just notify Stampin' Up by the 10th of the month and you will not be charged or shipped a kit! How is that for incredible customer service!
What did I do here! I used the versa mark pad and then heat embossed it with black embossing powder and the heat tool! I think this is a super cute card! I also added the flowers with the Petite Petals Punch (love this punch!)
This is a super cute 3 X 3 enclosure card using one of the stamps (love them…so basic for many cards) and then stamping over with the sweet "thank you" from the Another Thank You Photopolymer Set in Black Staz on!

The liner is from the Sale-A-Bration goodies and remember that it is only good until the 31st – less than 2 weeks away! This is such an amazing collection of paper and I wish it was in the regular catalog as it is a keeper! It can be yours for free with a $50.00 order! I added a bit of bling…the Rhinestone Basic Jewels added the perfect touch!
Isn't this fun!?!? I heat embossed this with the Melon Mambo Embossing Powder and tehn the triangle punch witht the finale of the envelope liner with the Kaleidoscope Designer Series Paper!
You can see all of the fun and versatile cards and projects you can make! This kit will make 8 cards and envelopes plusyou will have the stamps…the ink pad spots….and if you are "creative and resourceful" – you will find ways to use up the extras!!!
It was hard to get a good shot but here you can see the wodden images and the contents of this months kit!
Soooooooo….how to get started….click here and you will go to the Paper Pumpkin Website! You then click the subscribe button and it will walk you through the information they need!
When it comes to having a demonstrator – I would deeply appreciate if you put my name, Susan Itell and it will ask my city & state = Williamsport, MD!
As I have said before, your 1st kit will be a starter kit and besides the stamps and product, it will also have a clear mounting block so every month when you get new stamps – you have a block to use!!!! (that a woot-woot!)….and remember – before the 31st – you will get the in color markers to!
I have ordered many extras of this months kit…so if you want one of these – please email me and I will respond back to you and send you one! When I was at Regionals on January and had the opportunity to see February and March's kits…I knew that I wanted to order more as I knew that those of ou that just purchased the "starter kit" would wnat one of these!
In closing, the best news is….
Once you become a Paper Pumpkin Kit Member, you will have the opportunity to contact Stampin' Up and order extras of ones that you really love or maybe ones that you would like to give as a gift!
I hope that this has inspired you! I had super fun making these for you and I would appreciate if you would become a pumpkin with me! I do something special for my Pumpkin Patch members and I would like you to be in the patch with us!
Enjoy the day…..stampin' hugs and until tomorrow!

Hi Susan,
I love the your congrats card the best . . . I think it is the punched triangles and your dots. I love how you changed the color of the wooden words. I think I’ll try to use ink or the markers to do so too. I can always VersaMark over it. I’m thinking the wood may not cover/absorb evenly with markers and/or ink. Love your take on this Pumpkin Patch! Can’t wait to get into mine. So glad I’m a pumpkin of your’s too. 🙂
Susan-
You did exactly what I wanted to do. When I got home yesterday and it was in the mail…I thought wow cute, but, really would love to change the color of the wood! Just fr fun…so, I set it aside for tonight! So glad I did because you shared many wonderful ideas! Thanks 🙂
Heat embossing the wooden words is a great idea! I like your cards! I understand how having a sample project to copy is important, but it is nice to see other ideas! I like yours best!
My favorite part about the pumpkin kits – seeing what everyone else has made in different versions! I thought there will be a lot of fun stuff made with this kit! Yours are fun and the first I have seen switched up! Love the tip about cutting the gold liners. I love the polka dots for the liners better anyway! Great job as always – imagine the projects you will create with more time! Now, I am already wanting to see what April’s pumpkin brings!!!!
