Well….I think that yesterday's card was fun…and I know that there are not many changes for today but I hope that you can see that making subtle changes and also changing the orientation of the card makes a huge difference.

When I first started with card making, I always just made cards in the regular horizontal position like yesterdays card! WHY??? I really do not know, it was probably just the way that I learned and truthfully I think I was just comfortable with it!

Let's see what today's card is about…I simply changes it to a vertical A-2 card and then added the Rich Razzleberry as a mat and presto – a different look.

I hope that you can see that making a super quick and super simple change will give you a different look. I invite you to play with paper. Paper is a very fast and easy way to change the feel of your work. (Remember, when you have a large mat that is going to be covered up…punch it out to save paper)

Basically the card is the same….same dots around the edge (I love my dots) and the same with the flowers – one is mounted flat, the other "double" dimensionals. I think using the mat of color gives instant depth.

This is a super simple card but a card layout that you will use over and over – basic shapes…great stamps…a winner every time.

Envelope love in 2 ways – the back flap embossed with the fun polka dots and the front with the stamps that I already had out…so why not!?!?

Please click here to see yesterdays post to see the difference between the (2) cards. I personally think that you would not go wrong with either one. I think it is fun changing the orientation of the cards and please have fun with using all sorts of DSP and colors of paper!

Remember, the retiring list is out and there are many stamp sets that many of you love so you better snatch them up now and also the accessory retiring list is M E L T I N G ….these are while supplies last!

I hope that you have enjoyed this weekend fun of cards…which one do you like??? Do you tend to do more vertical or horizontal cards??? Feel free to leave a comment or send me an email!

Until tomorrow!
