Isn't it fun to see the creativity out there…remember, if you do not see yours….hang tight – there were so many that I broke them up so you can take them all in and enjoy each and everyone! As you can see, there was a lot of time and love put in and I want you all to enjoy!

I am having fun with this and you all should get your "surprise" card this week! I am going to do this for the Christmas Holiday (sometime in November) so put your thinking caps on!

It makes me happy that you all enjoy doing this…as long as you like it….I'll keep offering them! Enjoy the day and be a sponge and take these 10 beauties in!

Until tomorrow!

Yippee…it’s a baby boy!

IMG_3736

When a baby comes into this world…I smile! I had a REALLY BIG smile when I received a text that my downline, Deb became a grandmother (again) on Monday! Needless to say, she was super excited and can hardly wait to get to Colorado to see him!

I had the opportunity to be "spoiled" to the max yesterday when I was able to go to her home and be a guest at her monthly Crop Club! It was GREAT to be on the other side of the coin and WOW – she did a fabulous job and her projects…..oh, my!!! I am going to email her and see if it is ok to share them with you….

This is a fun card that I made for Deb in honor of her new grandson, Luke! I just purchased these Little Letters Thinlits and was wondering how I could put them to use! I think I nailed it here and it was super easy since I did not have to duplicate any letters!

We all know that it is TOTALLY hip to be square…and this card is no exception! This set comes as a bundle and I would definitely purchase it this was to get an instant 15%! The only stamp I used today was the "tie" and then I popped it out with the matching framelit…so easy!

IMG_3734

You can see in the below picture (sorry it's not the best) but I think that you'll get it…simply line up the letters as to where you want them…a simple crank through Mr. Big Shot….PRESTO! I simply took a piece of Night of Navy behind the letter openings and the magic happened!

IMG_3721

To make the "onesie" pop, I popped out a real red circle using the 2" circle punch and then used "old faithful" – the white gel pen to do the dashes! Make sure that you POP it up with dimensionals….this gives it a fun and festive look and feel!

IMG_3740

You have heard me talk abut "fillers" before…the stars were just that to me today to break up the space! This punch set, Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack is a MUST have… as trust me, you will use this one over and over! I like to curl up the ends and using a glue dot makes it a cinch for placement. IMG_3743

The color combination for this card actually came from the liner, from the Maritime DSP Pack. You cannot go wrong with a beautiful bold stripe like this! Classic and clean all at the same time!

IMG_3738

Deb is soooooo "Over the Moon" happy with her new grand-bundle of joy! Don't you just feel happy inside when you hear that someone had a baby!!! What a true miracle!

PPA Challenge…Holiday Happy!

IMG_3703

Good Morning! I am "Happy" this morning as it is the Pals weekly PPA Challenge and not only do I love the sketch that Margaret Moody created for us…I am super happy with my card as it is my kinda card…crisp, clean and just plain old FUN!

I do hope that you will pop by the PPA Website and better yet, I do hope that you play along this week! I know that there are many of you that do a personal challenge with yourself on Mondays and YOU ALL ARE AMAZING….so why not – submit your entry, you will be proud of yourself!

I love the Mingle All The Way Stamp Set, and if you go to the search box and put in that stamp name, you will see several cards I have used this stamp set…I still need to use one more up but I think you can see by my examples, it's a keeper of a set!

IMG_3701

I love to color but sometimes I feel that if you have a relatively small, detailed area…if you introduce too many colors it starts to look like "Candy Land" ( I did love that game growing up).

Today I used used a very small and selective area to color using the Blendabilities in the Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive using the lightest color….less is best in my opinion….what do you think?

IMG_3709

The sizes of the color panels are 1 1/2" and then the (3) at 1" and then the lower one at 3/4" This card to me screams a fun and festive Holiday!

IMG_3708

The simple ribbon with a "knot" adhered to it with a glue dot is a great finishing touch! I need to apologize…I have someone email me with how do I make my "knots"….and as silly as it sounds – I really do not know…I just  do it until I like it! I really do not think there is much to it but I will try to figure out some "text" to help you!

IMG_3706

Simplicity is always a key factor for me in my card making…you can never go wrong with Stampin' Dimensionals! These gems just add the "lift" and the focal interest to your projects….don't skimp on them – we all know that being "saggy" in the middle is not the best!

IMG_3704

The DSP made the envelope POP! So festive and fun! Please do not forget….you only have 2 weeks left to take that test drive with Stampin' Up! and you will be able to earn a pack of DSP of your choice for the next 6 month…be able to get 20% off each and everyday….be a part of an amazing group of stampin' fun people….yada-yada!!!!

Please email me and we will chat! You can click here and see the details! Pick up your card…take it for a spin….if it is not for you….no worries!

I thank you for popping in today and hopefully I was able to inspire you! This layout would be fun for so many different cards…..remember think out of the box and have fun!

Until tomorrow!
